This activity is a practical teaching research activity with classroom teaching as the breakthrough point, teaching practice (various specific problems) faced by schools in the process of implementing the new curriculum as the research object, school educators (mainly teachers) as the research subject, and the common development of students, teachers and schools as the main purpose, through "self-reflection, peer assistance and professional guidance" and other forms.

To this end, our school first formulated the evaluation standard of Li Yun's classroom. There are 9 evaluation criteria and 2 reflection points in Li Yun's class, which are called 1 1 project. The evaluation decided to use a five-point scale, with 3.5 passing and 4.5 or above being excellent. Evaluators include teachers themselves, colleagues, leaders, students and parents (Weibo). The purpose of the design is to let teachers evaluate themselves in each class, remind themselves in time, cheer up, work hard and pursue novelty. The presentation forms of research results include teaching cases, teaching design schemes, lecture manuscripts, reflection manuscripts, teaching narrative research reports, teaching records, teaching research papers, classroom observation and teaching diagnosis reports, and lesson study reports. In order to become an excellent school, Li Yun's experiment must establish a lesson learning system in teaching management. Each semester, we focus on the study of lesson cases in several disciplines, with the teaching and research section as the main organization, the teaching principal personally responsible, and all teachers participating.
