Zhang Hexiang Primary School is located at No.48 Mingyuan Road, Zhaobaoshan Street, zhenhai district. Built in 1992, it was donated by Ms. Fu Gendi, the wife of Mr. Zhang Hexiang, a patriotic overseas Chinese living in Japan.
