1. If private teachers in primary and secondary schools were transferred (enrolled) to other departments on July 23, 1979 and no longer engaged in education, the continuous length of service shall be calculated from the date of transfer (enrolled) to other departments; 1979 After July 24th, the last time a person who was transferred (hired) to another department and no longer engaged in education was approved as a private teacher by the organization, it can be calculated as continuous service.
2. The time when private teachers in primary and secondary schools were admitted to ordinary colleges, secondary specialized schools and technical schools for the last time and were approved by the organization as private teachers can be combined with the working hours after graduation to calculate the continuous length of service.
3. Private primary and secondary school teachers from 1970 to 1978 enter institutions of higher learning, secondary specialized schools and technical schools, and their study time shall be counted as continuous service.

Length of service refers to the working time in years, in which wage income is the whole or main source of livelihood, and length of service is a condition for employees to retire in China. Article 45 of the Labor Law stipulates: "Workers who have worked continuously for more than one year shall enjoy paid annual leave. The specific measures are stipulated by the State Council.
