Adult Higher Education Vocational Education Section
Responsible for formulating the development plan of vocational education in the whole city and organizing its implementation; Guide the education reform, specialty setting, experimental training base construction of secondary vocational schools, review the enrollment plan, and monitor the quality of education and teaching; Coordinate and manage municipal higher education, and manage secondary vocational education, adult culture and technology education and community education; Responsible for the inspection and printing of graduation certificates of secondary vocational schools and adult high schools (technical secondary schools); To guide adult non-academic education and training and the work of the Municipal Adult Education Association and the Municipal Vocational and Technical Education Association.

Responsible for formulating the development plan of private education in the city and organizing its implementation; Responsible for examining and approving the establishment, alteration and termination of private educational institutions (including secondary and lower private schools and other private educational institutions) and off-campus trusteeship centers, supervising private educational institutions and off-campus trusteeship centers to run schools according to law, and imposing administrative penalties on illegal school-running behaviors; Assist in the supervision, evaluation, supervision and inspection of private schools, and be responsible for the annual inspection, evaluation, assessment and business guidance of private educational institutions and off-campus trusteeship centers; Responsible for accepting administrative complaints from teachers and students of private schools; Responsible for accepting the enrollment brochures and advertising records of private educational institutions.
