Pengcheng University belongs to two universities. Pengcheng College is a full-time general public undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education, and the implementation institution of the national outstanding engineer education and training plan.

Pengcheng University in Xuzhou is now renamed xuzhou institute of technology. It used to be a junior college, but now it has an undergraduate course. Xuzhou institute of technology is a provincial university in Jiangsu Province, which is managed by the province. Xuzhou institute of technology has a bright future.
