Civic moral education is the core of "Five Education". Aesthetic education is the way to realize world outlook education. Among them, Cai Yuanpei's Aesthetic Education is the first time in China's modern history that "aesthetic education" is explicitly included in the educational policy.
Cai Yuanpei's thought of "educational independence" refers to the independence of education funds, teaching management, teaching academic and content, and education divorced from religion. Among them, the independence of teaching management specifically includes: trying out the university district system to realize the academic and academic research nature of education.
