With the great attention and strong support of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the Rural Education Development Center is a state-level public welfare institution established with the approval of the Central State Institution Registration Administration, and its legal person certificate number is Zheng Shidi No.21000005196. The purpose and business scope are: organizing off-campus education in rural areas, cultivating high-quality talents in rural areas, organizing off-campus education for teachers and students in rural primary and secondary schools, studying high-tech agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and rural county economy, showing rural culture, art and agricultural products, introducing agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry technology, providing agricultural knowledge guidance and training related businesses.

With the aim of popularizing agricultural science and technology knowledge and building a new countryside, the Rural Education Development Center excavates and utilizes potential rural education resources, organizes off-campus education and adult re-education, promotes the application of agricultural high technology, promotes agricultural science and technology training and the industrialization of agricultural technology, and fully assists governments at all levels to promote the development of rural education.

The Rural Education Development Center consists of nine administrative offices, three research institutes, six directly affiliated committees, five affiliated enterprises, ten agricultural Industry-University-Research bases and three official websites.

Approved by the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the State Council, the Rural Education Development Center has 100 agricultural experts from Taiwan Province Province and dozens of mainland experts to participate in the "Cross-Strait Agricultural Expert Committee";

In addition, the center also has a county-level economic and financial research team composed of economic experts and professors and a technical talent organization for developing low-carbon environmental protection in rural areas. The agricultural education center has introduced a large number of technical talents, set up a scientific and technological development research institute and an ion energy research institute with biological science background, and successfully developed and cultivated high-tech products such as fast-growing forest tree "agricultural bamboo willow" and ion energy supporting product "ionic liquid".

In view of the important strategic position of rural education in China, we wish to cooperate extensively with all sectors of society with an open attitude in the development of rural education, gradually promote the construction of Industry-University-Research base with agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry as the background, and enhance the extensibility and inclusiveness of rural education development center.
