The first congress of the All-China Federation of Students was held in Shanghai.

The first congress of the All-China Federation of Students was held in Shanghai from June 6th to August 5th, 2009. More than 60 student representatives from all over the country and studying in Japan attended the meeting. Representatives from all walks of life, including industry, commerce and education, also attended the meeting to express their congratulations.

The meeting adopted the constitution of the student union of the Republic of China, determined that "the purpose is to connect feelings, prosper academics, promote society and help defend the country", discussed the methods of boycotting Japanese goods and publicizing domestic products, organized the struggle of students all over the country to refuse to sign a peace treaty, published the Journal of the National Student Union, and decided that the first Council of the National Student Union should be composed of seven students from Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai.

The meeting place is located in Shanghai. This meeting announced the formal establishment of the Student Union of the Republic of China and promoted the healthy development of the national student movement.

The Second Congress of the All-China Federation of Students;

1920 was held in Shanghai in May. 1920 In April, in protest against the Japanese government's gross interference in China's sovereignty, the All-China Students' Federation decided to strike, and the student strike demonstrations in Tianjin, Hangzhou and Shanghai were suppressed, and the student movement turned into a low tide.

At the end of May, the All-China Federation of Students held a meeting and decided to elect/kloc-0 directors from Beijing and Nanjing to participate in the second Council, and the venue will remain in Shanghai. However, due to the hasty convening of the meeting, as late as June 5438+00, local directors still failed to report for duty, so we had to organize a temporary Committee of the National Federation of Students and elect Li Da as the chairman. It was not until the end of 192 1 1 that the student council was finally established.
