In teaching, teachers should devote more love to those underachievers and those who need help, treat students with equal heart and pay attention to them with love. This is a huge educational force, which is more effective than any brilliant theory. Second, actively study and deeply understand.
As a teacher, I realized that learning is for life, and I should study hard, think hard and write hard at ordinary times. Only enrich yourself and improve yourself in time. Faced with competition and pressure, we can face it calmly and not be eliminated by society. At the same time, we should learn to be sincere with others. Good teacher-student relationship depends on self-care, sincere communication with parents, knowing how to take care of parents' feelings, being responsible and fair, so that parents will gradually trust you, treat students fairly and equally, be not superior to others, have dignity, keep your word and set an example for children. We should also learn to "tolerate" everything. Such as students' grades, grades, sources, etc. I think this is a very important point that teachers should do. Every student has his own world, grew up in different environments and has different personalities, which is a very important cornerstone for a good teacher to know. Never think you know everything about a person just by looking at one side, but make an objective evaluation of students. We should care about them as much as possible, so as to reach a better understanding and realize the realm of omniscience. Some children are introverted at school, but lively and outgoing at home. Teachers should try to guide students to be lively and cheerful in school. At the same time, we should be full of love, know how to forgive, learn to look at students in another way, try to find their bright spots, praise more and criticize less.
Third, upgrade majors and optimize classrooms.
By listening to experts, I further understand that teaching must be designed, students must participate, and teachers must take the lead. In classroom teaching, I have a further understanding of expanding students' horizons, stimulating students' interest and promoting students' innovation. What should I teach in learning mathematics? How to teach? It should be carefully considered and designed in advance. Only when teachers have a thorough understanding of the contents of teaching materials, teaching objects and teaching methods will the classroom be interesting and fascinating. In normal teaching, teachers should apply what they have learned to teaching practice. According to the actual situation of students, we should prepare lessons through observation, discovery, discussion and clarification before class. At the same time, we should strengthen students' preview. Before class, students should generate specific questions, and then form a multi-level teaching design based on the teacher's lesson preparation content, highlighting the effectiveness and pertinence of the classroom, mobilizing students' enthusiasm, participation and cooperation, and reflecting that teachers are the introduction of students' learning activities.

Teaching reflection is not only a summary of teaching experience, but also an activity of observing, discovering, analyzing and solving problems with the whole teaching process. Due to many temporary factors in classroom teaching, there is a certain gap between pre-designed teaching and implementation.
