Chapter IV Enrollment Plan and Admission

Article 10 The enrollment of schools is conducted under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, the Admissions Committee of Gansu Province and the Admissions Committee of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the enrollment of new students is implemented according to the principle of "the school is responsible and the provincial education examination institutes supervise".

Article 11 A school shall, according to the annual enrollment scale approved by the Education Department of Gansu Province and the actual situation of the school, in line with the principle of optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional balance, comprehensively consider the factors such as national policy orientation, employment situation of graduates, students from various provinces, regional economic development and admission results over the years, and comprehensively analyze and determine the principles and methods for compiling enrollment plans (i.e. enrollment source plans) by provinces and specialties. The enrollment plan is announced to candidates through provincial enrollment departments, school enrollment brochures and school websites. Article 20 Special requirements of art and sports majors

Twenty-third schools, according to the characteristics of related majors, require a minimum score for individual scores of corresponding subjects in the college entrance examination of some majors, and the minimum score is determined according to the actual scores of the college entrance examination in that year. Literature requires a single subject in Chinese, mathematics requires a single subject in mathematics, and foreign language and Chinese international education require a single subject in English.

The 24th school in Gansu Province launched the special plan for precision poverty alleviation, the special plan for the old revolutionary base areas, the special plan for training talents in short supply for ethnic minorities, and the corresponding enrollment plan for secondary vocational schools.
