Investigation report on kindergarten practice
I. Purpose of the investigation
Science corner activity is an important form of science education in kindergartens. Children are active in thinking and can accompany, choose, operate and explore materials freely, and gain scientific experience from them. Children frequently engage in psychological activities such as language, emotion and imagination by fiddling with and manipulating materials, which effectively promotes their all-round physical and mental development. Materials are not only the material conditions for children to carry out corner activities, but also the important material support for children's mental development level. Whether the materials and materials placed by teachers in the corner of the science area directly affect the development of children's scientific inquiry interest and cognitive ability. Therefore, I conducted a survey on the topic of "Material Analysis in Regional Activities of XXXX Kindergarten", aiming at enhancing the use value of materials and promoting the development of children.
Second, the investigation background
Cheng Huai, a famous expert on infant potential development, pointed out in 2005 that the quality of microenvironment largely determines the direction, speed and level of children's development. He believes that the microenvironment that can really affect children's development should be appropriate and interactive. Children are not passively influenced by microenvironment, but have the ability and tendency to choose the environment actively. Only appropriate environmental stimulation can open the window of children's mind, let children accept the influence of the environment, let children interact with the environment, and then promote their development. Therefore, suitability and interaction constitute the basic psychological education mechanism that microenvironment affects children's development.
However, in kindergartens, regional activities have created a rich, diverse, multi-functional and multi-level environment for free choice. It gives every child a chance to get in touch with the environment that suits his own characteristics and assimilate the outside world in his own unique way. In this process, teachers can also understand children, keenly observe the differences between children, and give individual guidance to children, making it possible to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, which is also an effective supplement to collective teaching activities.
The author conducted an eight-week educational practice in the No.1 kindergarten in Jiaxing, Beijing. During this period, the kindergarten also focused on regional activities, which provided a good opportunity for this survey.
Third, the content of the investigation
(1) Kindergartens should set up class corners suitable for all ages.
1, space utilization ratio: suitability of the number of partitions; Scientific and reasonable regional, angle division and time arrangement; The richness of the content in the corner.
2. Material delivery: the purpose, level and versatility of material supply.
(B) the level of selection of teachers
1, the formulation of the guidance scheme for regional corner activities.
2. Teachers' use of materials in children's regional activities.
3. The materials put in the regional activities are related to the theme activities.
(c) The role of materials invested in regional activities on child development
The role of 1 in the development of children's awareness of rules.
3. The role of children's initiative and independence in participating in corner activities.
3. The influence of corner activities on children's creativity and cooperation ability.
Four. Scope and object of investigation
Scope of investigation: XX kindergarten.
Respondents: In this survey, six classes (two primary schools, two middle schools and two large classes) in XXXX kindergarten were randomly selected to carry out regional corner activities. At the same time, we also interviewed many teachers in XXXX kindergarten to collect more information.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) survey method
Observation, interview, literature research and action research.
An analysis of the survey results of intransitive verbs
(a) The requirements of XX kindergarten for regional activities are improving.
According to interviews with kindergarten leaders and teachers, 33.68% of kindergartens attach great importance to corner activities; 39.58% paid attention to it; Generally accounting for 4.2%; 22.57% did not pay attention. It should be said that after the annual inspection and provincial inspection of kindergartens at this stage, the attention paid by kindergartens to corner activities has been greatly improved.
(2) XX kindergarten teachers have different views on district activities.
There are two views in the interview: first, regional activities are "the continuation of collective teaching" and "group activities"; Second, regional activities are "free play activities" and "learning activities".
By consulting relevant literature, we know that area activity, also known as "activity area activity", is a new term introduced into China's education sector from the United States in the 1970s. Professor Ada believes: "Activity area means the possibility of choice, which means that children can decide what to do and how to do it according to their own interests and needs, and interest, free choice and independent decision are the basic conditions for children to learn actively."
Therefore, it can be seen that regional activities are a whole concept of educational activities, which not only emphasizes children's autonomy and interest, but also puts forward that they are the basic conditions for children's active learning. In other words, regional activities are not only of interest to children, but also contain learning potential.
(3) There is no significant difference in the content of materials put in at different ages, which is random and non-hierarchical.
The placement of regional materials directly affects children's interest and development in activities. Statistics show that there is no significant difference in the placement of materials among small, middle and large classes. 87. 1% teachers can put a variety of materials according to the characteristics of the district corner to meet the needs of children's independent choice, and the materials are placed purposefully. 90.8% teachers can observe children's activities, adjust materials in stages, and stimulate children's interest in participation.
The main problem is the lack of hierarchy and universality of teaching materials, which is manifested in the fact that the teaching materials provided by primary, middle and large classes are basically similar and do not reflect the characteristics of age groups. There are too many kinds and quantities of materials thrown in the corner of each class. Children look at the dazzling materials and feel impetuous, which is not conducive to their development, and some materials are only suitable for individual operation, which is not conducive to cooperative behavior.
Literature shows that each child's cognitive level, experience and ability are different. According to the physical and mental characteristics of children of different ages, different levels of activity materials should be put in the activity area to be targeted. When placing materials, we should pay attention to providing materials with different difficulties, and make the materials "fine" according to the requirements of from shallow to deep and from easy to difficult, so as to give full play to the advantages of active materials. According to children's different abilities, provide activity materials with different operation difficulties, which is convenient for teachers to give targeted guidance and help to children with different abilities, better teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and promote children to improve at the original level to varying degrees.
(d) Flexible and safe material transportation.
The types of materials placed in the activity area should be flexible. While investing enough materials, we should also provide children with a variety of materials to generate games, so that children can generate their favorite corners or choose the materials they need. XXXX kindergarten provides children with "treasure chest" and "magic bag", allowing children to choose materials freely. For example, if a child finds that there are no chess pieces in the chess area, he will take out a bottle cap from the "treasure chest" and "magic bag" and replace it with something, so that the game will go smoothly. At the same time, it is found that 98% of the materials are safe and harmless to young children.
(e) Guide children to participate in the delivery of materials in the activity area.
When placing materials in the activity area, I pay attention to guiding children to participate and give full play to their main role. We have broken the phenomenon that teachers are the leading role in the creation of activity areas in the past. Instead, we use the materials needed for teachers and students to jointly create activity areas and discuss and negotiate activity areas, so as to promote children's development to the maximum extent. Before putting in the materials, I will discuss with the children what the science area needs. The children's answers were really beyond my expectation: "Magnifier, kaleidoscope, telescope, mirror, globe, battery ..." The next day, the children brought the materials needed for the activity area from home, which greatly improved their enthusiasm for participation.
(six) the content of materials put into regional activities is more consistent with the content of theme activities.
Theme activity refers to the educational and teaching activities organized around a central content (that is, theme) for a period of time. As two important models of kindergarten curriculum and teaching, regional activities and thematic activities should try their best to promote the all-round and harmonious development of children's body and mind in an integrated way.
From the content of the activity, the theme activity has the characteristics of multi-field integration, emphasizing the horizontal connection between different disciplines. The content of each regional activity also involves different disciplines, providing children with an independent and relaxed learning environment. Children's performance in regional activities is more natural, which is conducive to teachers' observation and evaluation of children's development, and then make educational and teaching decisions suitable for children's development level as the basis for the design and organization of theme activities.
(seven) do not pay attention to the "low structure" of materials.
Generally speaking, the operating procedures of highly structured materials are clearer, but they often constrain children's imagination and creativity. The low-structure material is the material without specified gameplay and specific image characteristics. Children can combine at will according to their own interests and imagination, and can use one thing for multiple purposes. They can fiddle with materials in many ways and try different methods and procedures: they can be used as substitutes in games or as operating tools, which can give full play to children's initiative and promote children's independent construction.
For example, if the teacher only provides the children with uncut candy wrappers and plasticine, please cut the candy wrappers one by one, so that the children can learn to separate the mud, roll them into circles or make them into other shapes, and then wrap them with candy wrappers according to their favorite methods, which will be more meaningful for their development.
(viii) Case analysis
In the construction area, children are playing with missile plastic plug-ins, some insert planes, some insert swords ... every day they accidentally put a plastic plug-in on their fingers, just right. Fingers seem to be getting longer. It's fun. He put five fingers on plastic plug-ins of different colors, and all five fingers seemed to be getting longer. He reached out to the children around him, and the children followed suit.
In this case, is the plastic insert just a toy for inserting the insert? It is wrong to say that plastic inserts are just toys that are inserted around. Regional activities are a kind of children's learning activities, and the materials should be for children to play independently. When children find that plastic inserts are more than simple inserts, teachers can guide them to ask, "What else can missile plastic inserts do, children?"
Through more than two months' observation, the author found that only by making children truly masters of regional activities, with their pleasure and interest, can they meet their self-development needs and be the most valuable.

Internship life has made me more deeply understand the work of a kindergarten teacher, and more deeply understand and master that as a kindergarten teacher, besides doing a good job in children's education, how to do a good job in cooperation and coordination with nurses, other teachers and parents is equally important.
In the past, I paid more attention to the theoretical research on the characteristics of children's physical and mental development and the research on early childhood education at home and abroad, and often ignored the concern about the rules of children's life and rest. This kindergarten practice is the first complete observation of kindergarten life, and it is found that it is also an important job to train children's daily routine and cultivate their behavior habits and self-care ability, and it is a knowledge worthy of attention. Teachers will use the opportunity of giving children random education to combine planned education with random education. Especially in daily life, emergencies can be an opportunity for teachers to cultivate children's good behavior habits.
When I first started my internship, I saw that children's quilts were not neatly folded, so I would help them fold them. They told me that the food could not be finished, so I told them not to eat any more. They have to go to the toilet. No matter what activities they were doing, I think they should go to the toilet or something. I thought I was helping them, but it wasn't. After being prompted by the head teacher, I realized that the consequence of my behavior was that they would never learn to do their own thing and could not form good behavior habits. The starting point of my behavior is to care for children, but the result is to spoil them. Therefore, after reflection, I think kindergarten teachers should have a ruler in their hearts. This ruler is actually the principle that teachers adhere to. The starting point and end result of these principles should be to develop and improve children's abilities. The starting point and end result of these principles should be to develop and improve children's abilities.
Another aspect is education and teaching, and attending classes has benefited me a lot. Listening to what the teacher said, why do you say this, and why do you arrange the teaching content like this are all helpful to me. Make a good record of lectures at ordinary times, communicate with teachers more and learn from their strengths and rich teaching experience. Before class, you can listen to the teacher's guidance, study hard, study the teaching materials as required, prepare each class and write a good teaching plan. Everything is closely related to the teaching objectives and students' learning situation, and it is tried after being reviewed by the teaching teacher. When I was lecturing in class, I was a little nervous at first, but when I saw the enthusiastic smiling faces of the students, I suddenly relaxed. I tried my best to make the students understand and absorb the relevant knowledge well in class, and achieved the highest classroom efficiency. In classroom teaching, my guiding ideology is not to constantly give students opportunities to correct their mistakes and improve their shortcomings. As an educator, we must love every student with enough patience and perseverance. It is not easy to be a good kindergarten teacher. My deepest experience can be summarized as follows:
1. Treat students as your own children and respect them in class, but don't let them drift.
Vertical. The so-called respect means not to attack students personally in class, and it is best to use it less after class. For a new teacher, you should not only make students feel that you are kind, but also make students realize that you are serious, so that they are both afraid of you and love you. This requires you to grasp the attitude in class and the attitude towards students after class;
2. Preparation before class must be sufficient, which is divided into two aspects, one is USB flash drive and teaching.
Books and some teaching AIDS should be brought together; Second, you must be familiar with PPT and book content;
3. When preparing lessons for each class, you should find places that attract students, such as the beginning.
Ask questions, take out your own teaching AIDS, a short story, a related news, a small video or a simple topic.
4. It is best to control the video time in class at about 2 and a half minutes. Too long time will lead to students' distraction, and too short time will make it difficult to get to the point;
5. The teaching AIDS made by teachers themselves can often attract students' attention. For the teaching AIDS made by ourselves, the volume should be appropriate to ensure the beauty;
6. In the classroom, language expression is an art, how to make full use of this art?
Effect is a subject worth studying. This requires you to straighten out the nouns related to this lesson and sort out the possible problems and conjunctions when preparing lessons;
When students ask questions in class, they don't have to solve them immediately. If this
This problem is closely related to the class and should be solved immediately. If it is not relevant, it should be solved after class. It is appropriate to use praise and criticism in class;
8. Teachers' appearance is the most important aspect, and they prefer to wear less clothes.
Ensure cleanliness and beauty;
9. Learn to be calm. When students are booing, it is not the students but the teachers who need to be calm most. Only when the teacher is calm and doesn't laugh, the students will gradually calm down. Through practice, I have a more emotional understanding of kindergarten, a more appropriate understanding of students' learning, and a more real experience of teachers' work, which are conducive to my faster adaptation to the new working environment in my future work. I am also proficient.
This paper introduces some basic teaching methods, which improves the teaching effect and level, and enhances teachers' sense of responsibility and honor through practice. Teachers shoulder the heavy responsibility of "teaching and educating people" and cultivating future talents of the motherland. Whenever they have classes, these are the prerequisites to motivate themselves to do well in each class.
Summing up my own shortcomings, a little experience makes me tired, and I grow up with small changes every day. Harvest on the left and shortage on the right. During my internship, I also found some shortcomings. In class, I don't like what I say when I face students. Sometimes it is difficult to express myself thoroughly, but I can't handle it calmly when I face students' "asking questions to the end". These let me see my own shortcomings, and I will strengthen my study in this area in the future. Thinking is a happy thing. People who know how to think will mediate themselves and make themselves live and work better. People who are good at thinking are often good at discovering. They will not blindly follow the trend, but will think and find their own needs, thus improving themselves. Thinking from life, how to make your mind more open, feel the happiness around you, increase your emotional intelligence and bring your happiness to people around you; Think from work, how to complete the task faster and better, how to improve your ability to handle affairs, see your own shortcomings, think and study repeatedly, and improve and enrich your ability.
In short, during my internship, I worked hard as a teacher and taught people. At the same time, I have been trained by the school leaders, which has enabled me to exercise in all aspects. I believe that through my efforts, I will do better in my future work. Although the internship has ended and the time is not long, it is of great significance. I will keep chewing, reminiscing, exploring and discovering in my future work. These firsts will be a great experience in my life. It will set sail for my life and put wings on my dream. I will take these experiences to sail and soar. I believe I will be an excellent people's teacher!
Internship investigation report
According to the report of the Municipal People's Congress Education, Culture, Sports and Health Committee, the public welfare nature of preschool education determines that the government should bear the main responsibility. However, according to statistics, the investment in preschool education at all levels in Qingdao only accounts for about a quarter of the total investment, of which 70% are self-supporting public kindergartens. The financial input figure is "mixed with water", and some cities (districts) have obviously insufficient investment.
In addition, the limited financial funds are single and unreasonable, which affects the inclusiveness of preschool education. Small financial funds for pre-school education are usually only allocated to public parks accounting for 1.2%, which are mainly used for the establishment of teachers and the infrastructure projects of public kindergartens. Most of the kindergartens run by public towns (streets) are self-supporting, and the financial subsidies for inclusive private kindergartens only account for 0.04%. Their rents and teachers' salaries are mainly borne by themselves, and high costs will inevitably lead to high fees.
There is a gap of 6000 preschool teachers.
In the investigation report of the Municipal People's Congress, it is also very prominent that the number of kindergarten teachers in Qingdao is insufficient, the treatment is low, and the overall quality needs to be improved. First, in terms of the number of teachers, there are more than13,800 principals and kindergarten teachers in Qingdao. According to the calculation of about 200,000 children aged 3-6, about 6,000 kindergarten teachers need to be added before 2020, which does not include normal teacher flow and retirement.
Secondly, in terms of education, among the existing preschool teachers, 9% have bachelor degree or above, 37.5% have junior college degree, and 53.5% have secondary school degree or below. About half of them have not received special training from preschool teachers' college, and only 35. 1% of preschool teachers in five cities have received special training above preschool teachers' college, so the quality of teachers needs to be improved urgently.
Thirdly, 85% kindergarten teachers in Qingdao do not enjoy the salary of public kindergarten teachers because of their self-supporting or private nature. At present, the average salary is only about half that of public kindergarten teachers, and the average monthly salary of rural kindergarten teachers is less than 654.38+10,000 yuan.
35 supporting parks were not delivered.
The Municipal People's Congress conducted an authoritative investigation on the construction of supporting parks in residential areas. The investigation report pointed out that there is a phenomenon that the planning and construction of supporting kindergartens are not synchronized in the old city reconstruction and new residential areas.
The regulations of Qingdao one-child health care management have not been well implemented. Some developers either delayed the construction of the park, or although they built kindergartens, they sold or rented them to private kindergartens, and some even changed them into property houses. At present, the city has built 35 undelivered community supporting kindergartens and 23 in four districts of the city, of which 12 are transferred and1allocated; There are 12 schools in five cities and three districts, of which 1 1 schools are transferred schools and 1 schools are allocated schools.
It is necessary to distinguish three types of parks.
"The report of the Municipal People's Congress has thoroughly analyzed the problems existing in pre-school education in Qingdao, and many problems need further breakthrough." In the group deliberation on April 29th, Committee member Liu Liping thought that according to the government report, there should be 80% public and public kindergartens in Qingdao by 2020. Judging from the current situation, public parks have full financial allocation and balance allocation; Public kindergartens basically refer to kindergartens that are provided by the government, but their operation depends on self-support. In 80% kindergartens, the proportion of these three types should be specific.
In addition, Liu Liping believes that the number of 65,438+0,000 rural independent kindergartens built before 2065,438+05 is a bit small. At present, there are more than 6,000 villages in Qingdao, and these kindergartens are not enough, which can't meet the requirement of allowing all children to enter the park nearby.
