According to the new Article 20 of the National Epidemic Prevention, the management measures of "7-day centralized isolation +3-day family health monitoring" for five adjusted close contacts are adjusted to "5-day centralized isolation +3-day family isolation", "7-day centralized isolation" for overflow personnel in high-risk areas is adjusted to "7-day family isolation" for entry personnel, and "7-day centralized isolation +3-day family health monitoring" is adjusted to "5 days".

The risk zone is adjusted from "high, medium and low" to "high and low" to minimize the number of employees in high-risk positions who end closed-loop operations. Adjust "7-day centralized isolation or 7-day home isolation" to "5-day home health monitoring", 1 "no longer", and timely and accurately identify close contacts, 1 "no longer close contacts".

Seven "no" high-risk areas are generally designated by units and buildings. It is not allowed to expand epidemic-free areas at will, and conduct nucleic acid testing for risk posts and key personnel in strict accordance with the scope determined in the ninth edition of the prevention and control plan. It is not allowed to expand the scope of nucleic acid testing.

Generally, all employees will not be tested for nucleic acid according to the administrative area.

After the entry personnel are isolated at the first entry point, the destination shall not be isolated again, and the first visit responsibility system and emergency rescue system shall be strictly implemented. Do not shirk and refuse medical treatment for any reason to ensure the needs of residents for treatment and medication. Schools in all localities should strictly implement the prevention and control measures of the state and education departments, resolutely implement the requirements of scientific and accurate prevention and control, and must not increase control to ensure smooth logistics during the epidemic. It is not allowed to require key enterprises related to the overall industrial chain and the national economy and people's livelihood to stop production. To implement the "white list" system, the destination should enhance the overall awareness, not refuse to accept the stranded personnel to return to China, and implement the prevention and control measures for the returned personnel as required, so as to avoid the spillover of the epidemic and not increase the control.
