Nurse classification standard n0-n4
(1) Establish hierarchical management of nurses, and set up different levels of nursing posts such as specialist nurses, senior responsible nurses (group leaders), junior responsible nurses and assistant nurses in wards.

(2) Nurses at different levels enjoy different working rights and benefits, and perform different job responsibilities and tasks.

(3) The positions of nurses at all levels are relatively fixed, and each class has a nursing team leader.

(4) The duties, qualifications, professional titles and abilities of nurses in the same class complement each other.

(5) Senior responsible nurses are responsible for patients with serious illness and complicated nursing needs, and undertake evaluation/nursing guidance/specialist nursing/health education.

(6) In a certain period of time, the members of the responsibility system team are relatively fixed.

(7) Specialist nurses in Hong Kong have jobs and can play a role.

(8) Graded management is connected with nursing rounds, nursing consultation, succession, graded nursing and inspection system.
