Basic conditions for children of floating population to participate in integral enrollment:
(1) The school age of the children who move with them must be at least six years old (as of August 3 of the school year1).
(2) The accompanying children are healthy and have the ability to receive ordinary primary education normally.
(3) At least one of the parents (or other legal guardians) of the accompanying children works and actually lives in the high-tech zone, has a legally stable residence and a legally stable occupation, and pays social insurance according to law. It must last for 12 months until August 3 of the school year.
(four) at least one of the parents (or other legal guardians) of the accompanying children has a residence permit or has applied for it.
Article 3 The admission sub-index system consists of basic index, bonus index and one-vote veto index.
Basic indicators are necessary indicators, including the residence of parents (or other legal guardians), employment (employment or business), payment of social insurance, residence permit, etc. At the same time, the above four conditions are met, and the years of renting a house, working (employment or business) and paying social insurance in accordance with the law in the near future are all 12 months, that is, they are eligible for points admission.
The bonus points include education level, professional qualification and title, business tax payment and charitable donation (for education).
One-vote veto indicators include providing false materials and repeatedly applying for degrees.

Article 4 The leading group for compulsory education enrollment in Jining High-tech Zone shall co-ordinate the enrollment of children who move with them in the region, and be responsible for the specific organization and implementation. Party and Government Office, Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission, Human Resources Department, Finance Bureau, Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Bureau, Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau, Development Soft Environment Safety Bureau, Public Security Bureau, Taxation Bureau and other relevant units are responsible for related services and management according to their respective responsibilities.
