Candidates who apply for the general plan can apply for adjustment to the special plan if they meet the conditions for applying for the special plan of "Retired College Soldiers", and their preliminary test results must meet the requirements for accepting the preliminary test results of the special plan of "Retired College Soldiers" determined by the relevant enrollment units. Candidates who are transferred to the special program of "Retired College Soldiers" will no longer enjoy the policy of adding points to the initial test of retired college soldiers.
Candidates who apply for professional degrees in master of medicine can transfer to other majors according to relevant policies, and candidates who apply for other majors (including medical degrees) cannot transfer to professional degrees in clinical medicine.
(eight) candidates who take separate examinations (including the plan of strengthening the army to aid Tibet) shall not be transferred.
(9) Candidates of national defense students who meet the transfer conditions can be transferred to each other among the enrollment units that allow national defense students to study for master's degrees.
(10) Self-marking colleges and universities' intra-school adjustment policies shall be determined by themselves according to the above requirements.
