When I was working in the army and Qishan, I used to be the monitor and secretary of the Second Battalion of the 49th Regiment of Tieshi Division, the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of Chengguan Commune in Qishan County, the secretary of the Youth League Committee of Pucheng Commune and the director of the Youth League Committee of Qishan County. 1978 may to 199 1 April, served as director of the organization department and propaganda department of directly under the authority Party Committee of Xi Municipal Committee, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, secretary of the Secretariat of the General Office of Xi Municipal Committee, and deputy director of the Second United Front Work Department of Xi Municipal Committee. 199/kloc-0 served as deputy director of the United front work department of Xi' an municipal Committee in April, and/kloc-0 served as party secretary of Xi Federation of Industry and Commerce in August, 1997. During this period, I participated in the undergraduate and on-the-job postgraduate courses of the Correspondence College of the Central Party School. In May 2002, he served as Deputy Secretary-General of Xi Municipal Government and member of the Party Group of the General Office (bureau level). From June 2005 to February 2005, he served as director of Xi Education Bureau and secretary of the Party Committee.
