Tianjin Nankai Yu Xiang School (formerly known as Nanying School) was founded in 1994, and now has senior middle schools, junior middle schools and primary schools. In the ideological education of students, we should grasp "one main line", run "two schools" well, implement "one subject and three self" education, build "five bases" and adhere to "seven series" education. "One thread" is the educational thread of "taking Premier Zhou Enlai's glorious image and great personality as an example and establishing a correct outlook on life". The "two schools" are youth party schools (league schools) and parent schools. The education of "one subject and three selves" means respecting students' subjective status, independent learning and self-discipline. Teaching quality is the foundation of school's survival and development. While doing a good job in daily teaching, our school has strengthened the scientific guidance for the teaching of grade three and grade three. A considerable number of students have been admitted to Peking University, Tsinghua University, Nankai University, China Renmin University, Zhejiang University, Fudan University, Nanjing University and University of Science and Technology Beijing.
In order to further expand the school scale, with the approval of Tianjin Education Commission, our senior high school has enrolled students from other provinces and cities since 200 1. In 2003, there were 39 first prize winners, 40 second prize winners and 5/kloc-0 third prize winners in the national and Tianjin junior high school subject competitions, among which Liu won the first prize in Tianjin Division of the National Junior High School Mathematics Competition.
