The style of graduation certificate should be the same as the original graduation certificate, and its name should be clearly "graduation (or completion) certificate of colleges and universities". The certificate should indicate the number of the original academic certificate and the words "this certificate is a special supplement for the loss of the certificate", which is issued by the current president of the school and electronically marked on the China Higher Education Student Information Network for verification. At the same time, the original registered academic certificate should be marked as lost and invalid.
