The main responsibilities of Suizhong County Education Bureau:

1, implement the principles, policies and plans of the party and the state on education reform and development; To implement the relevant national and provincial laws, regulations and rules; Formulate the county-wide education reform and development plan; Draft the normative documents of county government education and organize their implementation.

2. Responsible for the overall planning and coordinated management of all kinds of education in the county, and guide the education and teaching reform of all kinds of schools in the county; Responsible for audio-visual education, teaching equipment and books and reference equipment; Responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of basic education information in the county.

3, responsible for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in the county and promoting education equity, responsible for the macro guidance and coordination of compulsory education in the county, comprehensive management of general education, vocational and technical education, adult education, preschool education, special education and social forces in the county.

4, to guide the county education supervision work, organize the popularization of nine-year compulsory education evaluation and review; Supervision, inspection, evaluation and acceptance of primary education and schools below.

5, responsible for the management of the department's education funds, participate in the formulation of policies to raise education funds, education funding, education infrastructure investment, and supervise the management and use of the county's education funds. Responsible for the statistics of the county's education funds.

6. To guide the ideological and political education, moral education, sports, health, art education and national defense education of schools at all levels in the county, and to guide the school safety work in the county.

7, in charge of the county teachers. Responsible for the qualification of all kinds of teachers at all levels, overall planning and guiding the construction of talent team in the education system. In conjunction with relevant departments, do a good job in the evaluation of professional and technical positions of teachers and other relevant professional and technical personnel and the evaluation of workers' technical grades. Guide the appointment of professional and technical positions in schools at all levels, and co-ordinate the management of continuing education for all kinds of teachers.
