What is the Hong Kong Federation of Education
The Hong Kong Federation of Educators, referred to as the Education Union or the Education Union for short, is a professional body for teachers established in April 1975, with more than 26,000 registered members, and it is also the second largest professional body for education in Hong Kong. The current president is Yang Yaozhong and the president is Huang.

With the slogan of "based on Hong Kong, caring for teachers, developing specialties and building a bridge for educational exchanges between the two places", the Federation of Students has achieved the above goals by setting up schools and developing teaching resources for moral and civic education.

There are four specialized departments under this Council, namely (1) Professional Development Department, (2) Education Policy Department, (3) Member Services and Rights Department and (4) Social Affairs Department. The Hong Kong Federation of Education has established two schools, namely the Hong Kong Federation of Educators Huang Chubiao School and the Hong Kong Federation of Educators Huang Chubiao Middle School.

In order to strengthen the national education for students, the Education Federation has set up a national education center and a national education service center to strengthen the support for teachers to carry out national education.

Based on Hong Kong, the Education Alliance cares for teachers, develops its specialties, builds a bridge for educational exchanges between the two places, actively promotes educational reform, promotes exchanges and creates harmony and stability. As a patriotic and teaching-loving organization, the Federation strives to make contributions to the education sector in Hong Kong and actively participates in social affairs and organizational systems. At present, the main meetings include: safeguarding teachers' rights and interests, developing members' welfare, assisting teachers' professional development, promoting educational exchanges, developing educational research, setting up schools, promoting national education, providing academic information technology services, publishing educational books and periodicals, promoting academic exchanges with the mainland and around the world, and participating in social affairs.
