The master of education degree is aimed at primary and secondary school teachers, and the enrollment target is people with teacher background, who must have more than three years of teaching experience.

There are five subjects in the on-the-job study of the entrance examination for master of education, namely: education, psychology, political theory, specialized courses and foreign languages (English, Japanese and Russian). Pedagogy, psychology and foreign languages are subject to the national joint examination, unified proposition and unified examination. Specialized courses are proposed by the enrollment units themselves and are carried out simultaneously with the national entrance examination. Political theory shall be organized separately by the admissions unit.
