Yuri Konstantin babanski. Yuri Konstantin babanski has been the vice president of the Soviet Academy of Educational Sciences since 1979. In the teaching process, he applied modern cybernetics and system theory to the research of teaching theory and put forward the theory of teaching process optimization. The so-called "teaching process optimization" refers to organizing the control of the teaching process to ensure the process (within the scope of optimization) on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the principles of teaching laws, modern teaching forms and methods, system characteristics and internal and external conditions.

Yuri Constantinovici babanski, Soviet educator. Academician and vice president of the Soviet Academy of Educational Sciences, a famous educator and doctor of education in the Soviet Union. His main works are Optimization of Teaching Process (general teaching theory) and Optimization of Teaching and Education Process (method principle).
