Do simple things thoroughly, make ordinary things classic, and make every little thing more brilliant. -inscription

I was born in the countryside, and the hardships of studying are unforgettable, and the meticulous care of teachers makes me determined to become a teacher. Now I am honored to be a Chinese teacher, and I pass this love on to my students.

I have been working for 17 years in a blink of an eye. Looking back on my education in this 17 year, I don't have any great feats, let alone any great achievements worthy of praise, but I always adhere to a principle in my heart, that is, "Do simple things thoroughly, make ordinary things classic, and make every little thing more wonderful."

As the former Soviet Union dzerzhinsky said, to light the way for others, you must shine-this is the greatest happiness of people. Long working hours have given me valuable educational experience. Being a Chinese teacher has always been a great pleasure for me. I love my students. Under my care and knowledge, they grew up with a satisfied smile.

0 1 like? ? Care?

After getting along with students for a period of time, I gradually found that they are actually extremely eager to get praise and care from teachers. If a teacher has special respect for a student and pays special attention to you, he will naturally regard you as a "confidant", not only respect you, but also like you more, and is willing to listen to your teachings and persuasion.

So I turned blame into reminder and criticism into encouragement. I remember having two classes halfway through the eighth grade. Most of these children come from rural areas, and their foundation is very weak. Coupled with the frequent change of teachers in the previous year, poor study habits, and conflicts with new teachers. Faced with this situation, I know every student's study and family situation in time, and take incentive measures to narrow the distance with students, so that they can identify and accept me psychologically.

Students can't speak Mandarin. I asked the children to recite an article in class. Most children read aloud in primary school. Only a few children try to learn reading skills, and they read slowly. Although they are far apart, I think this is a good start. When the students cast surprised eyes, I took the lead in applauding.

Since then, the children in our class speak Mandarin better and better. Some students are always listless in class. Originally, their studies were still in the middle and upper reaches. After the monthly exam, I dropped significantly, and occasionally slept in class. After I found out, I immediately asked them to understand the reason, only to know that there was something wrong with their family, so I looked for an opportunity to talk to them and deliberately let them talk in class. Later, the children gradually improved their grades and regarded me as their "confidant".

02 respect? ? Tolerance?

Suhomlinski once said: "Every time a teacher respects and tolerates, it will make a student unforgettable all his life, and it will prompt him to think, be a man in thinking and do things in thinking." During a composition training, I found that there was a classmate in our class, and the articles were almost all famous sayings and aphorisms. Although I know that these are plagiarism, I firmly give full marks.

Later, I noticed that the child had the habit of recording and extracting famous sayings and aphorisms. After my guidance and encouragement, and in our class, let the children go to the podium to share his excerpts, so that students can understand that the composition is no longer so difficult to write, mainly to observe more, record more, record the captured feelings at any time, and use their feelings to collide with the wisdom of the ancients, thus flowing out their own things.

03 wake up? ? stimulate

German educator Desdore said in "Teachers' Rules": "We believe that the art of teaching is not to impart skills, but to inspire, awaken and inspire. How can you inspire people without excitement, and how can you wake up sleeping people without initiative? " Chinese classroom teaching has always been the focus of our new curriculum reform, and it is also the value embodiment of our teachers' professional growth, so classroom teaching has become our eternal research topic.

The basic idea in the new curriculum standard tells us that the classroom is a paradise for teachers and students to discover, learn, discuss and grow together. How to realize the proper value of the classroom and practice the reverie of this paradise? That is how to vividly present how to teach and what to teach in class.

In the novel class, I asked my classmates to choose their own roles and perform on stage to see who performed better. Through the performance, students not only understand the story, but also understand what can be said in some texts, and the results are completely different. The effect of this practice is very good.

As the old saying goes, "A teacher preaches, teaches and dispels doubts." Today's teachers should change from the original teaching mode to the reflective mode, truly enter the students' hearts, breathe with the students and grow together. As long as you have a heart of doing everything for students, you will be able to deduce your most wonderful educational story and make your educational journey beautiful.
