Changzhou University, referred to as "Changda", is located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is a provincial full-time undergraduate college co-founded by Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Co., Ltd., sinopec group and China Offshore Oil Group Co., Ltd.

We will build B-class universities for national demonstration universities for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, national pilot demonstration universities for intellectual property rights, overseas Chinese education bases in the State Council and high-level universities in Jiangsu Province.
