After reading the book "Creating a Harmonious Campus School Safety", I can't be calm for a long time. Primary and secondary school students are the future of the motherland. School safety education is the basis and premise of school safety work, which is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of school safety work, improving students' safety quality and self-protection ability, building a safe and harmonious campus, stabilizing the order of education and teaching, and improving the quality of education and teaching.

Campus safety, first, there should be a safe environment without hidden dangers, and all the facilities of the school should have good safety inspection, ranging from dangerous houses and food poisoning to wire sockets in sports facilities. First, students' education is not only in schools. As we all know, there are many ways for students to receive education. Generally speaking, we all think that there are three forces in educating students, 1, school 2, society 3 and family. For middle school students, family education has been deeply rooted, and the influence of family on students has been obvious at this time. This time is also the beginning of students' comprehensive contact with society, and the influence of society has begun, even surpassing the influence of school education. This is also a hidden danger of juvenile delinquency, because it is impossible for schools to educate students how to commit crimes, even if it is illegal. Therefore, once a student is injured on campus, it is unscientific and unreasonable to blame the school for any kind of injury.

Second, students' psychological endurance. Some students are treated unfairly just because of a little injustice, or commit suicide by self-mutilation. The reason is either normal criticism by teachers (this is the power given by teachers to teach and educate people) or rejection by classmates. According to normal students, this situation can be handled and solved, but some students with particularly fragile psychology can't take it easy for a while and do things that make themselves, parents, teachers and schools angry. If this is only attributed to the school, it cannot but attract the attention of parents and society. What's the problem?

Third, students' awareness of self-protection is not strong. If students can listen to their teachers, some students' injury accidents can be completely avoided. If it is the responsibility of physical education teachers and schools to fall off the horizontal bar, then schools, teachers and class teachers have repeatedly stressed that we should not chase and fight after class, but it happened that several particularly naughty students ignored the school regulations and were injured in the chase and fight. Who should bear the responsibility? Many campus injury accidents are caused by students not obeying school rules and not listening to teachers' persuasion, and students' weak awareness of self-protection is the biggest prerequisite for students' physical injury.

Of course, after all, what happened at school, even if it was caused by the students themselves, the school could not get away from it. So, how to do a good job in school safety? I think school safety should focus on management; Safety management focuses on education; Safety education focuses on prevention. To do a good job in student safety prevention, we should work hard in the following aspects:

First, strengthen the cultivation education to keep students away from safety accidents.

Students are minors, their physical and mental development is immature, and they lack the ability to foresee potential unsafe factors and risk factors. Strengthening their cultivation education can not only help them form good behavior habits and good moral quality, but also keep them away from safety accidents. Ye Shengtao, a famous educator, said: Good habits can benefit people for life. Similarly, good habits can keep people away from safety accidents.

Second, attach importance to legal education and improve students' safety prevention ability.

Therefore, schools should strictly abide by laws and regulations, run schools according to law, attach great importance to legal education for students, strengthen students' study of education law, compulsory education law, juvenile protection law, public security management punishment law, road traffic management order and other laws and regulations, do a good job in education and guidance to prevent juvenile delinquency, cultivate students' ability to learn to regulate behavior by law, and enhance their self-protection ability.

Third, carry out mental health education to improve students' psychological endurance.

In real life, some students with particularly fragile psychology are only criticized by teachers or rejected by classmates, and as a result, they have done things that make individuals, parents, teachers and schools feel sad. The reason is that students' psychological endurance is too low. How to avoid these accidents, schools should strengthen students' mental health education, improve students' psychological endurance, and enhance students' awareness of self-protection.

Fourth, implement school, social and family education to keep students away from danger and grow up healthily.

The work of student safety prevention does not exist in isolation, it needs the close cooperation of family and society. Schools should contact home schools through parent-teacher conferences and home visits to jointly study the methods and strategies of safety education for students; Do a good job in parent schools, train parents through special lectures, seminars and exchanges, and implement the role of family education in student safety education. We can't be careless and slack. Every principal should take the lead personally and be the first person responsible for school safety.
