In the first stage, three high-rise R&D buildings, three multi-storey R&D centers, 55 independent enterprise headquarters and a super-star enterprise club will be built. Oriental Global Enterprise Center will aim at building an "international enterprise headquarters base", which will be oriented to the headquarters and branches of large and medium-sized enterprises coming to Shanghai at home and abroad, and meet the spiritual and economic needs of R&D design, exhibition marketing, business meetings, enterprise training, headquarters gathering, etc., supplemented by various catering, entertainment and leisure facilities. The facade structure of the building is rich, which brings together many European architectural styles such as Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque, and integrates the wisdom of modern and classical architecture.
