The applicant for motor vehicle driver's license meets the requirements of these provisions. Under any of the following circumstances, you can directly apply for the motor vehicle driving license examination of the corresponding quasi-driving model in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 16 and Article 23:

(a) the original motor vehicle driver's license has been cancelled because it has not been renewed beyond the validity period;

(two) the original motor vehicle driver's license was cancelled because of the failure to submit proof of physical condition;

(three) the original motor vehicle driver's license was cancelled by myself;

(four) the original motor vehicle driver's license was cancelled due to physical condition temporarily does not meet the requirements;

(five) the original motor vehicle driver's license or the qualification of driving permit is cancelled for other reasons, except that the motor vehicle driver's license is revoked or revoked;

(six) the motor vehicle driving license of the army and the armed police force exceeds the validity period;

(seven) holding an overseas motor vehicle driver's license or an overseas motor vehicle driver's license beyond the validity period.

A motor vehicle driver's license shall also be submitted under any of the circumstances specified in Items (6) and (7) of the preceding paragraph.
