The annual inspection of the asset appraisers entrusted by the Association can be implemented according to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Continuing Education of Practitioners of China Asset Appraisal Association, and the accumulated time for practitioners to receive continuing education every year shall not be less than 60 hours. This year's continuing education hours are only valid in that year. At least 45 minutes is a class hour, and the class hour is confirmed according to the actual participation time.

The ways of continuing education for asset appraisers mainly include training courses, seminars, professional forums, academic conferences and academic visits organized by China Appraisal Association or local associations. Distance education provided by China Evaluation Association or local association; Online training provided by relevant education and training institutions entrusted by China Evaluation Association or local association; Internal training of asset appraisal institutions recognized by local associations, etc.
