The National Training Program is the abbreviation of the national primary and secondary school teacher training program, which was fully implemented by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance on 20 10. The implementation of the national training plan is of great significance for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education, promoting the reform of basic education and improving the quality of education.

In 20 10, nine universities including Peking University, Guangzhou University, East China Normal University and Nanjing Normal University implemented the national training plan. On 2011June 2 1, the general office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice to Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Hainan and other places, and decided to hold a national training plan (2011)-a Putonghua training class for bilingual teachers of ethnic minorities in primary and secondary schools.
