Reflections on the "I Love the People's Liberation Army" activity in small class national defense education
First of all, I am very grateful to the kindergarten leaders for providing me with an opportunity to exercise and improve. I am also very grateful to all the teachers and colleagues for their help in my open class, which made me feel the warmth of the kindergarten group. After listening to the class, Professor Yin gave me some praise and encouragement, and put forward many suggestions, which are worthy of my reflection and revision. This lesson is physical education class, which is mainly to guide children to learn the sports skills of jumping, drilling and climbing. My design is to teach sports skills in person, and the teacher will demonstrate them before teaching children skills every time. Professor Yin suggested to me that individual children should be guided to explore independently and discuss ways to solve problems. If the teacher demonstrates the essentials of motor skills, it will imprison children's thinking and limit their imagination, as pointed out in the outline. Kindergarten teachers should be guides of knowledge and skills, not direct teachers. Secondly, my ending was a bit hasty. I should sublimate it. After learning the skills of the PLA, I should once again let the children know the role of PLA uncles, such as fighting floods, catching bad guys, defending the country and so on, and cultivate their gratitude for PLA uncles. It is more in line with the thanksgiving theme of this open class.

In addition, due to lack of experience and experience, I was nervous for a while before class and couldn't let go. I believe that through the exercise of this open class, I have made great progress and improvement, and I have also seen my own shortcomings in all aspects, and I have found the next direction, and I am full of greater passion for my work. I believe I will get better and better!
