The popularization rate of first aid knowledge in China is only 1%, and the dissemination of first aid education should be multi-pronged.
In the fast-paced and stressful modern society, people's health awareness is increasing day by day, but many people lack the necessary first-aid knowledge and skills. Once family members, friends and colleagues suddenly encounter diseases, it is very important to provide necessary first aid in the shortest time and at the fastest speed. Compared with about 50% in developed countries, the popularization rate of family first aid knowledge in China is only 1%. Tragedy after tragedy warns us that first aid should be a compulsory course in national education. Starting from today, this edition will launch a series of "Everybody Talk", focusing on first aid education and promoting the steady progress of "Healthy China".

In the next issue, we will discuss how to improve first aid skills through training and other means.

Accumulate first aid knowledge from life

Dangers in daily life can be seen everywhere, and first aid is related to everyone's life safety. First-aid knowledge is not a "patent" for medical staff, but a "magic weapon" for ordinary people to save lives at critical moments and should be mastered.

As a medical worker, I have experienced various rescues. Facts have also proved that whether the patient can be given correct first aid at the first time will often have a completely different impact on the subsequent rescue.

Once a person was seriously injured in a car accident, with multiple abdominal injuries and open pneumothorax. The situation is urgent and life is in danger at any time. Before the ambulance arrived, a passerby sewed up the chest wall wound in time and effectively, and put the man's exposed organs in a clean plastic bag instead of directly putting them back into the abdominal cavity, which greatly reduced the chance of abdominal infection and won the hope of life for the patients.

The other first aid is a pity. A patient with a history of hypertension suddenly vomited and then fell into a coma. His family panicked and shook the patient violently. When we arrived, the patient had stopped breathing, and the direct cause of death was suffocation. The violent shaking of family members aggravated the intracranial hemorrhage of patients with sudden cerebral hemorrhage. increased intracranial pressure caused vomiting and died of suffocation because he could not discharge it. If the patient is unconscious, let him lie flat on the pillow at the first time and clean up the vomit in time; Applying an ice pack or cold towel on the forehead of the patient is helpful to stop bleeding and reduce intracranial pressure; If the patient's breathing and pulse stop, cardiopulmonary resuscitation will be carried out in front of the doctor ... If the first aid knowledge is mastered and different treatment methods are adopted, the tragedy may not happen.

There is no "if" in life, and it is a pity to miss it. The knowledge of first aid is not difficult, just in small moves, such as drowning, gas poisoning, fracture, cerebral hemorrhage and so on, as long as you pay more attention, learn more and accumulate more, you can master the basic essentials. Only when everyone realizes the importance of first aid and takes learning first aid knowledge as an unshirkable social responsibility can there be less misfortune and more life safety.

Emergency communication should also be combined with innovation.

Not long ago, a citizen of Wuhan suddenly fell ill, and his wife gave first aid under the telephone guidance of 120 operator, which caused countless netizens to praise and spread. However, "learning first aid knowledge is related to life and health" is a consensus, but "attention is like a gust of wind" is also common. Why is it difficult to attract the audience's attention by pushing first aid knowledge? Why is the first aid "65438+ million+"difficult to spread? In the new media era, no matter how useful first aid knowledge is, it is necessary to enhance the "stickiness" of users.

As a friend of medical college said, the normal working state is the calm guidance of the operator, the rhythm of racing against time and the tense atmosphere. People are deeply moved by video voice because they are in the scene. In fact, the spread of first aid knowledge can not be separated from "putting yourself in the other's shoes" and "scene extension". In other words, the dissemination of first aid knowledge can be more diverse, more open, more scene-oriented, more in line with the needs of the audience, less serious preaching and more interesting.

Recently, the article "Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is so simple and so important" reprinted by friends circle is a new sample of first aid communication. The cross talk between the rescuer and the "Death" and the interesting language style make the serious topic of cardiopulmonary resuscitation relaxed and lively, and also make the life-threatening first aid knowledge more efficient in communication. It is not difficult for the public to actively pay attention to and learn first aid knowledge as long as they change their thinking and integrate innovation.

The popularization of first aid knowledge is not only related to the happiness of every family, but also an important standard to measure the modernization and civilization of a country. Whether it is the guidance of government policies, the introduction of first aid education into the classroom by schools, or the training cooperation between the Red Cross and volunteer organizations, new media platforms such as "two micro-ends" are extremely important. Only by truly embracing users, embracing fun and actively innovating can first aid knowledge be pushed to everyone in an interesting and efficient way.
