At the same time, the "Implementation Opinions on Township Education Reform" was issued to promote the reform of personnel system and distribution incentive system in township education units, encourage more work and more pay, mobilize the enthusiasm of all educators, and promote the reform to develop in depth. This year, through the coordination with Sijing court, Sijing juvenile detention center and our town police station, we signed a contract with our town middle school, our town primary school and the foreign language middle school affiliated to City University to build a legal education base. At the same time, the leaders of the three units were hired as the vice presidents of the legal system of the three schools, and according to the actual situation of each school, the legal education plan for primary and secondary schools suitable for the education situation in our town was formulated and implemented. Under the leadership of the Party Committee and the government, all functional departments and village committees in the town attach great importance to the ideological education of young people, actively organize and carry out healthy and progressive activities in line with students' physical and mental characteristics according to local conditions, strive to enrich students' after-school life, and jointly shoulder the heavy responsibility of education and care for the next generation. On the basis of timely and full allocation of education funds in the financial budget, while ensuring the "three growth" of education funds, the government has invested 1 10,000 yuan as an incentive fund for school education reform for three consecutive years, which is used to introduce competition mechanism, widen the gap and encourage the advanced. The Party committee and government attach great importance to the improvement of school hardware conditions. In the past three years, the primary school in our town has built new teaching buildings and transformed the school stadium. The kindergarten in our town added a teaching building, and the scale of running a school doubled; After overhaul and hardware investment, our town's school-running conditions are among the best in the school-running system in the whole region; What we are particularly proud of is that the government has invested a huge sum of money to build a new middle school in our town, which can be called the first-class hardware of township middle schools in the city; In 2002, the people's government of our town and City University jointly opened the foreign language middle school affiliated to City University. In the past three years, our town has invested 54 million yuan (excluding land) to build our town middle school and the middle school affiliated to Shanghai University, and to expand and rebuild primary schools, kindergartens and adult schools. Among them, the total construction area of newly built and expanded school buildings is 310.08 million square meters, and the greening and road area of newly built and rebuilt school buildings is 46,000 square meters. Campus construction and school hardware are among the best in the region. It is with the care and support of the Party committee and government that the education in our town has made great progress in the three-year education reform. 1, the transformation of educational thought. The three-year education reform has made teachers fully aware of the development direction of education under the new situation, fully aware of the necessity and benefits of education reform, and helped teachers to further clarify the idea of "all for students, all for students, all for students", and realize that schools and teachers exist because of students. Only by educating our students well can we truly guarantee teachers' posts and maintain their further development. In the reform, the introduction of competition mechanism broke the traditional egalitarian concept. Teachers realize that only by constantly improving their own education and teaching level, undertaking more education and teaching tasks and adopting more advanced education and teaching concepts and means can they achieve more work and more returns. 2. personnel mechanism reform. To promote the rapid development of education, we must fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, reform the employment mechanism, break the stereotypes and improve the bonus distribution system. During the three-year reform, Nakakonari kindergarten school in our town systematically analyzed the original rules and regulations, and formulated the post responsibilities from the principal to the teaching staff, and the reward system from attendance to work assessment. Combined with the trial of the personnel system reform plan of the district education bureau, they established a personnel system that can enter and exit, implemented a bonus redistribution system, and linked the assessment results with posts, taking the assessment results of faculty and staff as the main basis for arranging posts in the next school year. In order to reflect the inclination to teaching, the school is implementing two-way post selection throughout the school to promote the selection and reasonable combination of the best posts. 3. Improve the teaching staff. The development of education and the improvement of school-running level depend on the improvement of teachers' quality. After three years of educational reform, our town has also made great progress in improving the teaching staff. On the one hand, a large number of high-quality teachers are introduced. Six teachers from our town's middle school also participated in the postgraduate training class jointly organized by District Teachers College and Shanghai Normal University. At the same time, the school attaches importance to teachers' professional training, actively mobilizes teachers' enthusiasm for continuing learning and helps teachers get more opportunities. At present, 80% of the class teachers in primary and secondary schools are young teachers under the age of 35, and 75% are heads of teaching and research and grade. The school encourages teachers to participate in all kinds of education and teaching competitions at the city and district levels to enhance and show the charm and strength of teachers in our town. In the school year of 2002, Zhou Feng, a middle school teacher in our town, won the first prize of chemistry evaluation for young and middle-aged teachers in the city, and Mr. Xia Changlai won the first prize of mathematics teaching evaluation for young teachers in the city. Only by strengthening scientific research in education and teaching, summing up theory from practice and guiding practice with theory can we promote the improvement of education and teaching. Three years' educational reform has promoted the schools in our town to firmly establish the guiding ideology of taking scientific research as the guide, to strengthen the integration of teaching research with teaching research and moral education research, to strengthen the integration of teaching research with school management and the construction of teaching staff, and to strengthen the management of teaching research. Graduation examination: 30 schools in Chinese, Mathematics and Foreign Languages ranked 8th (starting point 18) and 6th in Chinese, Mathematics, Foreign Languages, Science, Culture and Politics.
