Wang Hailin: Male, born in June, 1972, party member of the Communist Party of China, bachelor degree, full-time senior teacher, now secretary and principal of the Party branch of Yongning Road Experimental School in Binhai County. He is a member of Yancheng Education Supervision and Evaluation Expert Database, an extra-curricular tutor of normal students in Yancheng Normal University, and the first prize winner of the "Xingtan Cup" Jiangsu School Young Teachers' Classroom Teaching Exhibition.

As the main person in charge of the school, he continued to devote himself to school-based teaching and research, tried to explore the training mode of "integration of teaching, research and writing", and led the school to form a good trend of scientific, high-level and leap-forward development. Won the honorary titles of "National Advanced Principal of Moral Education", "Advanced Individual of Jiangsu Education Society System", "Excellent Educator of Yancheng City" and "Famous Principal of Yancheng City".

Binhai Yongning Road Experimental School is located at the intersection of Yongning Road and Haibin Avenue in the county seat.
