(1) 19 Hold Kunshan residential property right certificate (house ownership certificate or immovable property right certificate, the same below) before April;
(2) Living in Kunshan for more than one year and having a legal and stable occupation;
(3) Have lived in Kunshan for more than one year and have a legally stable residence.
Meet one of the following conditions can be identified as living in Kunshan for one year:
(1) The household registration has been handled by the public security department in Kunshan at the time of application 1 year;
(2) Within Kunshan City, the household registration has been handled by the public security department, and the social security is in the state of payment when applying, and the accumulated social security payment reaches 12 months within 18 months.
Meet one of the following conditions can be identified as a legal and stable occupation:
(1) There are labor relations (or personnel relations) certification materials and social insurance participation certificates issued by Kunshan work unit;
(2) Having obtained the legal person registration certificate for more than one year (before April 19) or obtained the industrial and commercial business license for more than one year (before April 19) and still operating.
Legally stable residence refers to the residential rental housing with the same residence registration information.
Legal basis: Article 12 of the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) exempts school-age children and adolescents from the entrance examination. Local people's governments at all levels shall ensure that school-age children and adolescents are enrolled in the nearest place where they are registered.
School-age children and adolescents whose parents or other legal guardians work or live in non-registered places receive compulsory education where their parents or other legal guardians work or live, and the local people's government shall provide them with equal conditions for receiving compulsory education. Specific measures shall be formulated by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
The education administrative department of the people's government at the county level shall ensure that the children of military personnel within their respective administrative areas receive compulsory education.
