Carrying out the party's mass line education and practice activities is an important decision of our party to uphold the party's management and strict management of the party under the new situation, a major deployment to meet the expectations of the masses and strengthen the construction of a learning, service-oriented and innovative Marxist ruling party, and a major measure to promote Socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is of great and far-reaching significance for maintaining the party's advanced nature and purity, consolidating its ruling foundation and position, and building a well-off society in an all-round way.

Carrying out the party's mass line education practice is an inevitable requirement to solve the outstanding problems strongly reflected by the masses. Generally speaking, it is good for Party organizations at all levels, party member and cadres to implement the Party's mass line, and the relationship between the Party and the masses is also good. Party member cadres took the lead in reform, development, stability, selfless dedication, played a vanguard and exemplary role, and won the affirmation and support of the broad masses of the people. This is the mainstream and must be fully affirmed.

At the same time, we must see that in the face of profound changes in the world, national conditions and party conditions, the danger of mental slack, lack of ability, alienation from the masses and negative corruption is more acutely placed in front of the whole party. The phenomenon that the Party is divorced from the masses exists in a large number, and some problems are quite serious, which are mainly manifested in formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagant wind "four winds".
