I. Introduction

At the same time, in order to strengthen college students' own social practice ability and grow up in the great practice of serving local economic construction and social development, Shuguang of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University actively responded to the notice of the Youth League Committee of the school and the Youth League Committee of the College of Science on summer social practice, and was divided into three groups under the leadership of the instructor and the team leader to carry out summer practice activities of caring education in Jinyun County of Lishui City and Tiantai County of Taizhou City respectively.

This practical activity is divided into three modules around the theme of "beautiful mind", namely safety education, social responsibility education and gratitude education. The process of practice is rich and meaningful, and the result is enormous. The report reads as follows:

(A) safety education

Summer vacation is not only a long-awaited happy time for children, but also a frequent period of children's safety accidents. How to make children spend a safe and happy holiday is the focus of attention of society, schools and parents. In order to ensure the children's summer safety, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University Shuguang in Action three practice teams actively carried out safety education activities in the local area.

1. Publicity of safety knowledge in Taixing Youth Safety Self-care Camp

Volunteers internship in Tiantai County responded to the call of Tiantai County Committee, formed a safety knowledge propaganda group, and participated in Tiantai County Youth Summer Safety Self-care Camp. The lecture is divided into seven sections: natural disasters, accidental injuries, prevention of drowning, traffic safety, summer heatstroke prevention, food safety and children's mental health. They are close to children's real life and pay attention to common sense education in daily life.

In terms of natural disasters, guided by the typhoon Su Li that just passed, lead children to understand some common sense of typhoon prevention; In terms of accidental injuries, in addition to personally demonstrating the treatment of wounds, using electricity correctly and solving food choking cough, hands-on teaching is also carried out so that every child can master the methods; Summer is the peak time for children to swim, but it is also the time to drown.

A very common phenomenon. In order to reduce or even eliminate drowning, volunteers conducted a comprehensive demonstration from prevention to first aid. In order to arouse children's enthusiasm, in the education of traffic safety, volunteers also made their own traffic signs to lead children to remember common traffic signs and teach them vividly. At the same time, left-behind children are in a critical period of physical and mental development, and a small move will have an important impact on them. At such a stage, it is particularly important to guide and educate their mental health, so that they can move towards the right track of life along the truth, goodness and beauty. To this end, in addition to explaining the knowledge of mental health, volunteers will always play some educational group games with children at the end of each lecture to cultivate their sense of unity and cooperation.

2. Lecture on Safety Education in Baihe Town, Tiantai County

The theme activities of "Safety Education" of Baihe Town Practice Team in Tiantai County mainly take the form of lectures and classroom lectures, covering typhoons, floods, traffic and so on. We should consider students' safety from many aspects, do a good job of prevention in advance and warn students to pay attention to protecting their own safety. The activity starts with some simple basic questions, such as "Can you jump off the fifth floor when the earthquake comes?" , to attract the interest and attention of primary school students, so as to help the activities go smoothly. The second lecturer prepared many props and displayed some common traffic signs on the cardboard to further deepen the understanding ability of primary school students. In the drowning class, the teacher will introduce the relevant contents, including the preparation before swimming, the self-rescue measures for cramps, how to choose the swimming venue correctly and so on. After the introduction of the course, in order to strengthen the knowledge memory, the teacher held a safety knowledge contest, and tested the students' mastery of safety knowledge with various multiple-choice questions and judgment questions, which received a very warm response.

3. Lishui Practice Team conducts lectures on fire safety knowledge in enterprises.

Volunteers from Lishui Teaching Team led the children into the enterprise to learn about the fire safety knowledge of the enterprise. The speaker introduced the fire prevention methods, emergency measures and several common misunderstandings to the children. Students actively think and speak, and the learning atmosphere is strong. Next, the speaker showed the students a video about fire escape methods, which enabled them to quickly master emergency measures and escape methods in an easy-to-understand way. Finally, the speaker also demonstrated the usage of fire hydrants on the spot, and the students actively tried and quickly mastered the basic usage.

(B) Social responsibility education

Social responsibility should start with children. In such a remote area, there is a lack of social responsibility education for primary school students. Therefore, Tiantai and Jinyun's practice team have carried out a series of activities aimed at improving social responsibility education.

"Chinese Dream" allows students to understand the connotation of Chinese dream and determine their own dreams for it; Singing Red Songs publicized the efforts made by the revolutionary predecessors for the new China, strengthened the love and respect in students' hearts, and realized the China.

Great rejuvenation of the nation; The "I am young and I am healthy" China Population Day publicity campaign has enabled students to deeply understand the spirit and significance of World Population Day, improve their awareness of self-care and health and safety, and expand the influence of World Population Day in small and medium-sized cities; "I am a little volunteer" love literacy activities, so that primary school volunteers can participate in activities and experience the happiness of serving others as volunteers; "Group counseling" has enhanced the team consciousness of primary school students.

(C) Thanksgiving education

Learning to be grateful and grateful for the things around you can make people learn to be satisfied and learn to struggle better. Gratitude is a topic people often talk about. Thanksgiving education for primary school students embodies the principle of starting with children and educating them from an early age, which will affect their lives.

1. Make a Thanksgiving Card for the Practice Team of Baihe Town, Tiantai County, "Thanksgiving Zhejiang, Caring for the World"

The content and form of gratitude activities in Baihe Town, Tiantai County is set to make gratitude cards. The students made full preparations, brought colored pens and colored paper, as well as scissors, glue and other props to facilitate paper-cutting. With the beginning of class time, the students drew all kinds of favorite pictures on the paper, and at the same time posted the handmade origami they learned in the last class, such as love, lily, paper crane and so on. In the last step of making the card, the teacher asked the students to write a sentence on the card, explaining who to thank and why. It is observed that many students write about their parents. The parents' hard work for this family made the students feel warm, and they all said that they should study hard and share housework in return for their parents.

2. Lishui Practice Team launched the Thanksgiving activity of "I cook for my parents".

In order to give back to parents' hard work and express gratitude, Lishui Jinyun County Practice Team organized a "I cook for my parents" gratitude activity. With the guidance and help of volunteers, the children carefully wrapped jiaozi, and each one was full of children's thoughts. When parents arrived at Bichuan Primary School, they received plates of steaming jiaozi, which deeply touched them. Thanksgiving dinner ended in a happy atmosphere.

This practical activity is undoubtedly a pleasant journey for children to grow up. It's like opening a window to know the world. They not only got knowledge from books, but also got a lot of information that books can't bring them, which not only broadened their horizons, but also increased their knowledge.
