The administrative department of labor and social security at or above the county level shall issue school licenses to social organizations or individuals other than state institutions, use non-state financial funds to conduct vocational qualification training and vocational skills training for the society, and send a copy to the education administrative department at the same level for the record.

Three, the school license is the legal certificate of private schools. The school license is divided into original and duplicate. Private schools must put the original school license in the main school building.

1. Name: the name of the school stipulated in the school's articles of association.

2. Address: The detailed address of the school as stipulated in the school's articles of association.

3. Person-in-charge: the principal who can exercise authority on behalf of the school with the approval of the examination and approval authority and is legally elected according to the school's articles of association.

4. School type: the school type approved by the examination and approval authority (such as kindergarten, primary school, middle school, junior college, etc.). ).

If investors want to get a reasonable return, they should indicate "Require a reasonable return" in the copy of the school license.

5. Approval number: the number of the approval document of the examination and approval authority approving the establishment of the school.

6. Validity period: to be filled in by the issuing authority according to the actual situation.

7. Issuing authority: examination and approval authority.

8. Serial number: The serial number is 13 digits. The first six digits are national administrative division codes, of which 1 ~ 2 digits are provincial codes, 1 ~ 4 digits are prefecture codes, and 1 ~ 6 digits are county codes. The 7th digit is the school level code, "1" is an institution of higher learning, "2" is other institutions of higher education, "3" is an ordinary high school or secondary vocational school, "4" is an ordinary junior high school or vocational junior high school, "5" is a primary school, "6" is a kindergarten, "7" is a training institution and "8" is other. The last 8 ~ 13 is the school ranking.

If there is any change in the contents of the school license, the issuing authority shall indicate it on the photocopy, affix the "Special Seal for Change of the Issuing Authority" and renew the original school license.
