Hebei Communication College is a private full-time undergraduate college which focuses on media art and develops art, literature, engineering and management in a coordinated way. The national standard code of the Ministry of Education is 12784. This school belongs to the elite education media group, which was established in 2000 and upgraded in March 2007. In June, 2009, it was granted the right to award a bachelor's degree, and in June, 20 1 1, it obtained the qualification of professional postgraduate enrollment, becoming the first batch of private universities in China to carry out postgraduate education. There are three campuses: Jing 'an Road Campus (Headquarters), Xuefu Road Campus and Luancheng Campus. Among them, Luancheng new campus covers an area of 1.500 mu and is planned and constructed in three phases. The first phase is planned to build 500 mu with a construction area of 200,000 square meters. Since 20 12, the school has begun to recruit full-time professional master of arts students, whose major field is radio and television, including seven professional directions: mobile media video program production, TV director, TV production, broadcasting and hosting, animation creation, screenwriter and media music application. In 20 13, with the approval of relevant institutions in Hebei province and the state, Elite Group successively established a postdoctoral innovation practice base and a postdoctoral research center. In the same year, Hebei Media College and China Academy of Fine Arts jointly enrolled students to train doctoral students.
