According to the reality of economic and social development in our region, appropriately expand the enrollment scale of secondary vocational education, so that the proportion of secondary vocational education and ordinary high school education is roughly the same. Gradually expand their autonomy in running schools, enrolling students, specialty setting, student status management, curriculum development and arrangement, teacher appointment and textbook selection. 4. Establish a vocational education funding guarantee system based on financial allocation. Set up special funds for vocational education. At present, Jiangxia Vocational School is the only school in Jiangxia District with no audio-visual teaching equipment in classrooms and no information teaching facilities for teachers.
