Reflections on "Suggestions for Preschool Teachers"
The authors of Advice for Kindergarten Teachers are Zhu Jiaxiong and Zhang Yajun. This book is mainly about how kindergarten teachers educate children well. The following are my thoughts on this book, and I will give them to you. Welcome to read!

Reflections on Advice for Kindergarten Teachers (1) Advice for Kindergarten Teachers is a kind, easy-to-read, practical and beneficial book. The authors of the articles collected in this book are mainly front-line kindergarten teachers, and the suggestions in the book are all aimed at improving their daily work experience, with comprehensive contents and involving all aspects of children's professional growth. This is a manual about how to be an excellent kindergarten teacher. This book resonated with me, and I found my own shadow in it.

There is such a description in teacher Pan Ying's Open Your Arms to Children, which reminds me of a past event. The book describes it like this: when the child says that when I grow up, the teacher will give you a house and a car. Seeing the serious expression when Ri Amen spoke, the teacher felt warm in his heart, which was a kind of gratifying joy.

This also reminds me of the scene when I graduated from a large class. When I sent the little Indus River away in June, the children were reluctant to go, and they were in tears. Children cry when they enter kindergarten and cry when they graduate, but the two kinds of crying have completely different meanings. The former is a kind of strangeness and helplessness, while the latter is gratitude and reluctance. All these changes are the happiness gained by teachers' warm embrace and selfless love in the past three years.

It is also mentioned in the book that the appearance of kindergarten teachers should be beautiful, and every teacher should regard the beauty of appearance as an extremely important thing. Once, I got a new haircut and walked into the classroom. The children walked around me for a long time and said that the teacher was so beautiful, even more beautiful than my mother. This is the highest compliment. The children jumped around me, discussing the new hairstyle, touching the feeling of curly hair with their hands and talking about what the new hairstyle looked like. We were happy all day, and suddenly we felt that the simple little happiness with the children was the most worth cherishing. We should bring beauty to children and discover beauty with children.

Love is not how long it takes, but how high the quality of getting along with each other is. Let our teachers give full play to their educational expertise and accompany the children to grow up happily!

Reflections on "Suggestions for Kindergarten Teachers" (2) This book is written in the form of "suggestions" and pays attention to the professional growth of kindergarten teachers from the perspective of dialogue. The authors of the articles in the book are mainly front-line kindergarten teachers, and the suggestions in the book are to improve their daily work experience, covering all aspects of the professional growth of kindergarten teachers. This book is not a simple sermon, but the core elements of advocating and interpreting the professional growth of preschool teachers: care, dialogue, reflection and cooperation.

This book pays special attention to every child. The general principle of "Outline" points out: "Kindergarten education should pay attention to the individual differences of children, and provide opportunities and conditions for each child to develop potential and get further development at the existing level."

In kindergarten, the individual differences of children are very significant. There are smart and dexterous children, naughty and daring children, and timid children. As kindergarten teachers, we should pay attention to both good children and poor children. Pay more attention to quiet children. We should try various methods to pay full attention to young children.

In the previous class, Xiaozhe in our class was an unknown child. It's hard to see her in every activity. Occasionally, when the teacher calls her name to answer questions, she always seems very insecure. We also talked to her parents about this matter. I learned from my parents that Xiaozhe at home is not like this. At home, Xiaozhe is very cheerful and often goes to the neighbor's house to perform programs!

We are also very confused about this. Why is Xiaozhe different in kindergarten and at home? However, in a dance activity, I accidentally discovered her talent in dancing and found this bright spot. I guide my children to realize their strengths through conversation, encouragement and praise, and let her realize her strengths and build up self-confidence with collective strength. Slowly, we discovered Xiaozhe's progress and made more or less changes in other fields.

This incident touched me deeply, and the change of children made me think a lot. I think, no matter what kind of children, we need the affirmation of adults, and we should also carefully observe every child in our class, find the bright spots in them in time, and enlarge them, so as to promote children to make more progress, get more development and become more cheerful and confident. As a kindergarten teacher, I clearly realize the importance of paying attention to every child. Only by paying attention to each child's personality characteristics can we promote the development of each child's abilities in all aspects and make each child make continuous progress and reach a new level.

Comments on Suggestions for Kindergarten Teachers (3) During the summer vacation at home, I have been reading the book Suggestions for Kindergarten Teachers, which was written by Zhu Jiaxiong and Zhang Yajun from the perspective of dialogue with kindergarten teachers. The articles collected in this book are all written by first-line kindergarten teachers. Some of them have improved their daily work experience, some have happened to children, some have experienced and reflected on teaching, and some have reflected on their parents, class teachers and even their own work ... After reading it, I feel that there are many places that resonate.

I was deeply impressed by reading the book "Open Your Arms to Children", the third part of the first series "Career Happiness". As the author wrote, "Kindergarten teachers are teachers when they stand up, and mothers when they squat down". Overworked work every day makes them physically and mentally exhausted, and sometimes leads to job burnout. Facing the concept that kindergarten teachers are "senior nannies, inferior", how can we feel happiness and realize our own life value? I think this is also the confusion of many kindergarten teachers.

The author of the article expressed his views from three aspects:

1, learn to love.

2. Learn to give.

3. Recognizing the role is the premise of reading Career Happiness.

In fact, in addition to these three aspects, I think there are still many things worthy of our careful understanding and reading. So where is my happiness?

First, communicate with your children sincerely and equally, and you will find happiness around you.

In the days when I get along with my children day and night, I feel that kind of happiness: walking with them to observe spring, picking up fallen leaves, playing games, flying kites and sketching together. I remember one day, I went out to class. When I came back in the afternoon, the children shouted enthusiastically, as if they hadn't seen me for a long time: "Teacher, where have you been?" "What took you so long to come back?" I asked, "Do you miss me?" Several children chattered, "Yes, we missed you."

These lovely children! I was particularly moved by the children who graduated in previous sessions. Those scenes are still fresh in my mind: if the children use small notebooks to leave blessings to each other and write down their home phone numbers, I hope the teacher can call them after graduation, and some say, "We will miss you and see you after graduation." Several children really came to see us when they entered primary school. Seeing them, the children all came to hug me tightly: "Teacher, we miss you!" " "I held the child tightly and I felt happy at that moment.

Second, the trust, respect and affirmation of parents make us feel happy.

Parents' words and deeds have a great influence on our teacher's work. Children are young, and their self-care ability and self-protection ability are very poor, so dirty clothes and trousers, careless skin breaking and bruised face often happen. But when we hear parents say, "Teacher, it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter." "Sorry to bother you, teacher." "Teacher, you are really hard." These words of understanding and tolerance are a kind of comfort and encouragement to us, and also the greatest support for our work. It's good to have parents' understanding and trust!

We are very happy to see parents expressing their thanks and blessings in the class blog; We were very touched when we received the New Year greetings from our parents. Parents give us pertinent advice, and we ponder. It is because of their concern, trust and affirmation that we can do our work better and make our parents feel more at ease and satisfied.

Thirdly, the success in teaching made me feel happy.

I think what the teacher is most happy about is the success in teaching. A successful classroom teaching can not only benefit children, but also make them feel proud. Successful teaching can also have results. The purpose of our teaching is to let children get the greatest development and achieve gratifying results. We felt excited and proud when we saw the children draw unique and novel pictures and win back shining medals. Seeing that our students have made great achievements, become squad leaders and class cadres, and are rated as "three good students", our hearts are relieved.

Fourth, I am happy with my study and success.

After my own research, I finished a courseware. Through hard work, I can successfully present my demonstration class and teaching and research class in front of my peers; Hearing the affirmation and appreciation of leaders and colleagues ... all these made me deeply realize that kind of happiness.

It turns out that happiness has always been around me, surrounding me and infecting me. Now I have a deeper understanding and feeling of happiness. Let's taste together and find our own happiness!
