Main contents of vocational education law
According to Chinese laws, the contents mainly include: the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, developing vocational education, improving the quality of workers and promoting socialist modernization. Vocational education is an important part of national education system and human resources development. The Vocational Education Law stipulates the construction path from three aspects:

Third, vocational education has been recognized by ordinary people's families, and it is clearly stipulated that the state should take measures to improve the social status and treatment of technical and skilled personnel, promote glorious labor, valuable skills and create great fashion of the times; It is proposed that the state should provide a platform for technical talents to show their skills and learn from each other by holding vocational skills competitions and other activities, and constantly cultivate more high-quality technical talents and skilled craftsmen in big countries.

This series of laws and regulations re-examine the function and role of vocational education in economic and social development, which not only defines the goal and direction for the development of vocational education in the new period, but also transforms the concept and strategy of building a skilled society into legal norms, providing legal basis and legal guarantee for the construction of a skilled society.

Legal Basis: People's Republic of China (PRC) Vocational Education Law Article 1 This law is formulated in accordance with the Education Law and the Labor Law in order to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, develop vocational education, improve the quality of workers and promote socialist modernization.

Article 2 This Law is applicable to all levels and types of vocational school education and various forms of vocational training. The special training for the staff of state organs carried out by state organs shall be stipulated separately by laws and administrative regulations.

Article 3 Vocational education is an important part of national education and an important way to promote economic and social development and employment. The state develops vocational education, promotes vocational education reform, improves the quality of vocational education, and establishes and perfects a vocational education system that meets the needs of socialist market economy and social progress.
