1. We should strictly observe the red line of discipline, insist that everyone is equal before discipline, there is no privilege in observing discipline, and there is no exception in enforcing discipline. All party member and Party organizations at all levels should strictly abide by Party discipline and resolutely fight against all acts that violate Party discipline. There can be no special organizations and special party member that are not subject to discipline within the Party. Strict party discipline requires strict implementation of the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline and life discipline. Most importantly, we must strictly abide by the party's political discipline and rules. Among all the party's disciplines and rules, the first is political discipline and rules, which are the rigid constraints that the whole party must abide by in political direction, political stance, political speech and political action.
2. To abide by political discipline and rules, we must safeguard the authority of the CPC Central Committee and maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in ideological and political actions at all times and under all circumstances. Every party member must respect and strictly abide by the Party's discipline. Under no circumstances can he violate party discipline. Party organizations at all levels and all party member must be loyal and honest to the Party, open and aboveboard, tell the truth, do practical things, honestly reflect the situation to the Party, and oppose double-dealing, "double-dealing", fraud, false reporting and exaggeration, and concealment and omission.
3. Party organizations at all levels should pay attention to strict discipline and rules, and strive to create an atmosphere of discipline and rules in the whole party. Leading organs and leading cadres shall not connive, instigate, imply or force their subordinates to tell lies for any reason and name. Don't pander, brag or flatter at the party. Strict implementation of discipline should be taken as an important measure to make discipline truly a high-voltage line with electricity. Party organizations at all levels must shoulder the responsibility of implementing and maintaining political discipline and rules, and resolutely criticize and stop violations of political discipline. Party organizations and discipline inspection organs at all levels should strengthen supervision and inspection of the implementation of discipline, and resolutely prevent and correct the problem of lax implementation of discipline. Party member cadres who have serious problems in being pragmatic and honest for the people should be dealt with according to law on the basis of education. Party member, which has been ineffective or even negative for a long time, should be seriously educated or dealt with. We should seize the "key minority" of leading cadres. The more leading cadres, the more they should consciously enhance their awareness of laws and regulations and set an example. Under the above rate, we should be especially good at seeking affairs, managing people and using power according to laws and regulations, and consciously safeguard the seriousness and authority of laws and regulations. Senior cadres should firmly establish political consciousness, overall situation consciousness, core consciousness and conformity consciousness, resolutely implement the party's line, principles and policies, strictly observe political discipline under any circumstances, consciously safeguard the authority of the CPC Central Committee, earnestly accomplish the party's tasks with iron discipline, standardize the political life within the party with iron discipline, and strictly manage the party with iron discipline.
