People only have one life, so we should cherish our own life. Let's act together, learn some common sense of escape and self-help, let ourselves and others avoid or reduce injuries, always keep safety in mind, and let us grow up healthily and happily! After reading the first lesson of summer safety education for primary and secondary school students, what impressed me most was the solution and defense of drowning problem. Every year, the drowning accidents of primary and secondary school students account for one-third of the national drowning accidents, that is to say, seven out of ten primary school students died of accidental drowning. What an amazing number! Every summer, we can see the news that someone is drowning on TV. However, as long as the following points are done well, the tragedy can be prevented: first, don't swim alone with children, and be accompanied by adults if necessary; Second, don't swim in places with unknown water conditions; Third, don't blindly dive into the water to save yourself when others fall into the water. You can throw lifebuoys, ropes, branches and other things at the drowning person and ask for help from adults passing by the shore; Fourth, you must be prepared for exercise before going into the water; 5. Don't do dangerous actions when swimming; 6. Don't panic too much when drowning, keep calm, try to show your eyes and nose, and don't struggle hard, because the more you struggle, the faster you sink.
Besides drowning, traffic safety causes the most deaths. Traffic accidents happen every year, because people don't obey the traffic rules. Most traffic accidents are jaywalking, ignoring traffic lights, hurdling and so on. We should obey the traffic rules, stop at the red light, go at the green light, don't hurdle, and don't play on the road when walking. We must pay attention to the road conditions to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents.
I really benefited a lot from watching this program. Know how to deal with sudden natural disasters and pay attention to personal safety in daily life. Life is the most precious thing in the world. Cherish life, let us remember safety knowledge, let us work together, learn to protect ourselves, and hold up a safe blue sky in this land of the motherland. Also for the construction of a harmonious campus to pay their own efforts! Starting from paying attention to safety, students, let's cheer together!
