Instructions for using Nike+ sportwatch
1. Log on to the nike+ page to download and install the Nike+ Connect software.

2. Insert the Nike+ GPS sports watch into the USB end of the computer.

3.Nike+ Connect will activate the watch and install the latest firmware to start using the latest features.

4. Start running.
