In September, 2020, the graduation procedure of self-taught examination is about to begin. The graduation certificate is mainly for candidates who have passed all the courses after taking the postponed exam and met the graduation conditions, as well as those who have passed all the courses in the previous exam and met the graduation conditions. According to the spirit of the document "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Self-taught Examination of Higher Education in August 2020" (No.48 [2020] of the Teaching Examination Center), the graduation time was uniformly adjusted to September 30, 2020. Due to the epidemic situation and the postponement of the examination, its effect is equivalent to the graduation certificate of self-study examination with the graduation date of June 30, 2020. In order to ensure the smooth and orderly development of all work, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Accepting candidates' graduation applications

(1) Acceptance time: August 24th-August 26th, 2020.

(2) Require candidates to submit materials:

1. Apply for university graduation:

Original and photocopy of ID card, admission ticket and ideological and moral appraisal form for graduates of Henan higher education self-study examination.

2. Apply for undergraduate graduation:

(1) Original and photocopy of ID card and admission ticket.

(2) The original and photocopy of the diploma of junior college degree or above issued by the national education series colleges or higher education self-study examination institutions before September 30, 2020 (inclusive).

(3) Original and photocopy of the electronic registration filing form of the education certificate of the Ministry of Education or the education certification report and registration verification report of the Ministry of Education (except for graduates before 200 1 and self-taught graduates before 12). The diploma of junior college or above with a graduation date before 200165438+February must provide the original and photocopy of the academic certification report.

(4) Appraisal Form of Ideological and Moral Character of Graduates of Henan Higher Education Self-taught Examination.

The above materials shall be returned to the original by the provincial-level cities, Jiyuan Demonstration Zone, and the provincial-level county (city) admissions examination institutions after the initial examination is correct, and a copy signed by the auditor shall be kept for future reference.

1. Check whether the basic information in the candidate's reference library is consistent with the information in the submitted materials, mainly including name, gender, ID number (if the ID number is 15, you will not graduate), nationality, etc. , and ask candidates to sign on the spot for confirmation.

2. Check whether the registration information of the diploma of junior college or above provided by the candidates applying for undergraduate graduation and the certificate verification report of the Ministry of Education (except the graduates before 200 1 12 and the self-taught graduates) are completely consistent with the basic information in the current examination database, and the photos are indeed the same person. If the college registration information is inconsistent with the basic undergraduate information in the current examination database, it will be handled according to the following different situations.

(1) The basic information of undergraduate course is incorrect. Graduation will not be accepted this time. Candidates should correct it and reapply.

(2) If the registration information of junior college degree or above is inconsistent with the basic information of the undergraduate course, the candidates shall be instructed to submit relevant certificates (pre-qualification) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Self-taught Higher Education Examination in Henan Province (for Trial Implementation), and the pre-qualification form shall be filled in before acceptance (the submitted materials shall be reported when they are retained by the provincial city and county (city) entrance examination institutions for follow-up audit). This kind of candidates need to manually review the pre-qualification of registration by the examination center of the Ministry of Education, so the online registration time and accreditation time are relatively lagging behind. Please pay attention to the explanation to the candidates from the admission examination institutions in the cities under the jurisdiction of provinces, Jiyuan Demonstration Zone and Guang Zhi County (city).

(3) If the information is inconsistent due to personal violations (such as illegally obtaining multiple accounts, being cancelled by the public security department, etc.), the graduation application will not be accepted, and the consequences will be borne by the individual.

(4) During the acceptance of candidates' graduation applications, the admission examination institutions of the cities under the provincial jurisdiction, Jiyuan Demonstration Zone and counties (cities) directly under the provincial jurisdiction will not accept graduates who have been registered in Xuexin.com in the past and need information correction.

(5) Examiners' schools should feed back the list of graduates from the preliminary examination to the Information Office before August 28th, and the paper list of graduates should be submitted to the self-study examination office before August 3rd1(it can be mailed and signed by myself).

(VI) Graduates' ideological and moral appraisal form, as one of the graduation assessment conditions, shall be accepted by the provincial-level cities, Jiyuan demonstration zones and provincial-level county (city) admissions examination institutions, and shall not be sent to the provincial admissions office for verification. Please log in to official website, Henan Admissions Office to print this form, and the candidate's unit (non-on-the-job personnel will be assessed by the sub-district office or the township people's government) will be stamped with the official seal. Those who fail the ideological and moral assessment will be disqualified from graduation.

(7) Strict application procedures. Graduation qualification examination is an important indicator of annual work target assessment. All provincial cities, Jiyuan Demonstration Zone and counties (cities) directly under the jurisdiction of the province should strictly control the entrance examination institutions to ensure that all work procedures are standardized and successfully completed.

Second, the work arrangements and requirements for accreditation

(a) for graduate procedures, by the provincial admissions office, provincial cities, Jiyuan demonstration zone, directly under the jurisdiction of the county (city) admissions examination institutions for centralized management, unified organization and management by the provincial admissions office, the time schedule is from September 265438 to 2020 10/28. (2) Comrades who attend graduation formalities should attach great importance to it ideologically, work hard, cooperate with each other, adhere to principles, act impartially, resolutely put an end to fraud, prevent the loss and defacement of various materials and data, and prevent the occurrence of irregularities such as altering and forging data and materials.

(3) Pay attention to keeping all kinds of data and materials, the auditors should be responsible for signing, and the managers should keep the original materials for future reference, pay special attention to the safety of the materials, and make timely backups.

(four) graduates who participate in the work should consciously abide by the work discipline and do a good job in preventing new coronary pneumonia.

(5) Examiners' schools shall complete the printing inspection before June 65438+1October 65438+July 2020, and send the graduates' information to Room 403 of the Self-taught Examination Office of our bureau.

(6) The time for admission examination institutions in cities under the jurisdiction of the province, Jiyuan Demonstration Zone and counties (cities) directly under the jurisdiction of the province to receive graduation certificates from the self-study examination office of our office will be notified separately. When issuing graduation certificates, please remind candidates to save the graduate registration form and ideological and moral appraisal form in personal personnel files to prevent them from being lost.

(7) The admission examination institutions of the cities under the jurisdiction of the province, Jiyuan Demonstration Zone and counties (cities) directly under the jurisdiction of the province shall promptly turn over the self-study examination fees to the provincial recruitment office for graduation certificates, and those who fail to turn them over shall be withheld from the self-study examination registration fees.
