20 tunnel construction safety precautions

1, tunnel construction should focus on site construction of safety standards, carefully compile site safety implementation standards, make overall planning, make reasonable arrangements, standardize command behavior, operation behavior and site production facilities, and implement standardized management.

2, the implementation of construction organization design should be in accordance with the "Code", "safety regulations" and design requirements, combined with topography, geomorphology and hydrogeological conditions, scientifically choose excavation, support, lining methods and techniques, and formulate detailed and specific safety technical measures. During the construction, it should be supplemented and improved in time according to the change of geological conditions, and safety education and technical disclosure should be done seriously.

3, weak surrounding rock, bad geology, special geology or shallow buried, eccentric pressure, collapse tunnel, should organize technical demonstration, determine the drilling and blasting, excavation and support scheme.

4. Ventilation pipes, high-pressure air ducts, water pipes, lighting lines, power transmission lines, transportation roads and sidewalks in the cave should be planned in a unified way, and maintenance should be strengthened to ensure that they are arranged neatly and in good condition. Mechanical equipment should be stored in a fixed place, materials should be neatly stacked, and special personnel should be responsible for the custody.

5. The construction in the hole should be under the unified command of the foreman on duty, and the excavation, lining and transportation operations should be arranged reasonably according to the construction organization design to reduce cross and mutual interference.

6. Blasting excavation shall be designed. When smooth blasting or presplitting blasting technology is used, the parameters such as peripheral eye spacing, extrapolation angle and charge must be strictly controlled to reduce the disturbance to surrounding rock and the times of over-excavation and under-excavation.

7, after blasting initiation, should assign personnel to check and deal with dangerous stones, hanging stones, and guardianship by designated personnel. After safety is confirmed, other personnel are not allowed to enter the operation surface. Do a good job of dust prevention in the cave to reduce the dust concentration.

8, temporary support shall be subject to the design documents and specifications, in general, the maximum distance is not greater than the footage distance of two crops of guns.

9, grid arch and shotcrete support should be strictly in accordance with the design standards to control the arch row spacing, anchor spacing, anchor length, direction and concrete spraying thickness, and fill in the shotcrete support construction records for future reference (Appendix 5 of Technical Specification for Railway Tunnel Construction). Ventilation facilities should be maintained and used by special personnel. Communication equipment should be given priority to ensure timely supply.

14, east section, power supply line must be formally erected. The unfinished tunnel section must be powered by low-voltage lighting and power cables, and laid overhead at a fixed position.

15, blasting equipment should establish a strict system of receiving and returning from the warehouse, and it is strictly forbidden to store it outside the warehouse. The site foreman should be responsible for receiving and approving, and master the quantity of receiving and returning to the warehouse.

16, transport tracks and roads should be maintained by designated personnel, battery car drivers and liaison officers should establish reliable signal contact, implement a call response system, and it is strictly forbidden for non-drivers to take transport vehicles; Trackless transport roads should keep the road surface flat and drain the accumulated water in time. When conditions permit, isolation signs should be set between sidewalks and transport roads; Technical standards for temporary passages and ballast lines outside the tunnel should be clear to ensure safety.

Propaganda slogans and warning signs are set up inside and outside the 17 and the tunnel, so that operators can see them everywhere and improve the safety awareness of "three no injuries".

18, full-time security officer shall conduct a comprehensive inspection of the construction site per shift, pay special attention to strengthen the inspection of surrounding rock and temporary support conditions, and make records step by step. 19. During tunnel construction, emergency plans should be made to prevent landslides, water gushing and gas. , equipped with necessary emergency machinery and materials, and a clear division of labor between organizations and personnel. When problems occur, measures should be taken quickly to reduce the impact and losses.

20, reasonable arrangement of workers' cultural and material life, and create a good atmosphere of safety in production. The on-site medical room should strengthen the surgical strength and be equipped with necessary surgical rescue drugs and equipment. Workers' hospitals should be established in areas with inconvenient transportation to deal with the wounded and sick in emergencies.
