In reality, many dads have the consciousness of participating in parenting, but they don't know how to participate. This is mainly because the family didn't give dad a good coping attitude to participate in parenting. To this end, if you want to let dad participate in family education, you can work hard from the following aspects:
1, protect dad's enthusiasm to participate in family education. When dad takes the initiative in family education, he should give affirmation, encouragement, recognition and praise in time, maintain his enthusiasm for parenting, and tolerate his inexperienced and unprofessional behavior. By showing the correct, simple and effective methods of parenting companionship, we can help dad improve his sense of accomplishment in parenting and let dad improve his initiative in parenting.
2. Give dad a chance to get along with the children alone. Now that mom is really busy or intentionally creates opportunities for dad and children to get along alone, give dad a free time to take care of the children alone, let dad give full play to his creativity and accompany the children in the way he thinks right, and dad will be liberated from mom's nagging and enhance his sense of responsibility.
3. Instruct the father to accompany the children in outdoor activities such as physical exercise. Dad's physical fitness is generally stronger than that of his mother, and he can give his children good physical support. Letting father accompany children to participate in physical exercise and outdoor activities can not only enhance parent-child relationship and exercise children's will, but also enhance children's self-confidence in participating in family education.
