Chen (1892101October 27th-1951August 25th), whose real name is Zu Tao, was born in Lindong Town, Zhejiang Province. He was a political figure in the Republic of China and a rightist of the Kuomintang. 1926, Chen was elected as a member of the Second Central Supervision Commission of the Kuomintang and served as the Acting Minister of the Central Organization Department.
