What is the wheat field plan?
The wheat field plan was made on June 16, 2005. Moved by the mountains and children eager to learn, an ordinary volunteer, Mo Fan, launched the "Wheat Field Plan" in China. A purely non-governmental student aid team is committed to improving the educational environment of children in poor mountainous areas in China, including providing reading assistance for primary and secondary school students in poor mountainous areas, building school buildings, setting up libraries and other projects.

Up to now, the Wheat Field Project has established 68 local volunteer teams in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Sichuan, Shandong, Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Anhui, Henan, Hebei, Xinjiang, Zhejiang and Jiangsu.
