Article 60 If a school needs to use a school bus to pick up and drop off students, it shall strictly abide by the provisions of the Notice of the Provincial Public Security Department and the Provincial Department of Education on Further Strengthening the Safety Management of School Bus in Primary and Secondary Schools (Xiang Gong Tong [2007]144).
If a school buys or rents a motor vehicle to pick up and drop off students, it shall establish a vehicle management system and report it to the traffic management department of the public security organ for the record. Conditional schools should assign teachers to escort students aboard. The school should register each time and the number of students and establish a ledger.
Sixty-first schools shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, province and city, actively contact the traffic and public security departments, report in time, and assist in the implementation of various measures to ensure the traffic safety of students. School morning exercises, running and other sports activities should be arranged on campus as far as possible. It is strictly forbidden for schools to organize students to carry out collective running and other sports activities in main streets and traffic arteries. When primary and secondary schools carry out large-scale sports activities and other large-scale student activities, they must pass through main streets and traffic arteries, and should jointly study safety measures with the traffic management department of the public security organ in advance.
Chapter IV Emergency Disposal of Sudden Disasters and Accidents
Article 62 Schools shall, under the guidance of public security and fire departments, formulate and implement emergency plans for flood control, typhoon prevention, lightning protection, geological disaster prevention, fire prevention and other disasters according to relevant laws and regulations and school layout, and revise and improve them in a timely manner according to changes in the situation.
Sixty-third schools should improve disaster prevention and mitigation infrastructure and equipment, equipped with necessary safety fire equipment, escape and self-help appliances, emergency lighting and emergency broadcasting system. Clear signs should be set up in emergency evacuation passages, emergency exits, emergency shelters and other places.
Sixty-fourth schools should strictly implement the staff duty system and the safety information reporting system for teachers and students. In case of emergencies and natural disasters, if potential safety hazards or possible or ongoing safety accidents are found, the school should report to the person in charge of the school immediately, and call emergency telephones such as 1 10,19, 120, and the school should immediately report to relevant local functional departments and education administrative departments according to procedures. In principle, it should be reported step by step to ensure the smooth flow of information. Do not conceal, delay reporting, make a false report or instruct others to conceal, delay reporting or make a false report.
